From the fact check:

The former first lady was correct, however, in addressing the removal of children from parents at the border.

The Obama administration separated migrant children from families under certain limited circumstances, like when the child’s safety appeared at risk or when the parent had a serious criminal history.

But family separations as a matter of routine came about because of Trump’s “zero tolerance” enforcement policy, which he eventually suspended because of the uproar. Obama had no such policy.

Lets watch what Barr and Trump do...speculation is that they didn't know this arrest was going down.

Of course, Bannon may have burned too many bridges as he went out the door, so it's possible they won't throw him a lifeline. But I'd currently bet on a pardon, regardless of whether Trump wins or loses in November.

Does Bannon know more than he's told about Trump that Trump wants to keep quiet?...

Pete, as usual, is playing the FoxNation game of "because Bannon was arrested, that means Barr and the Trump admin. isn't playing favorites".

Pete doesn't follow this stuff closely enough to know about the falling out you mentioned. So as usual, he has egg on his face from making a silly claim that doesn't stand up.

It's an arrest. We'll see what happens from here. No gotcha on my part....

I hope you are right. The reporting I have seen is all over the place on the issue. Times seems to think an appeals court will rule next week.
