It’s an abject failure and gigantic waste of confiscated money.

Every urban public system would have the majority of students better educated and safer if they stayed home and watched tv.

Public college costs 20k minimum per year. Which is bloated. It’s a huge sloppy waste. It could reduce cost by 60 percent and increase quality with some discipline
