On the coaching front...looks like Towson has hired two new assistants... Kelyn Freedman and another about to be announced

I have been told it is going to be Shelby Harrison as the other Towson assistant.

Taylor Paige named Virginia Tech assistant coach

George Mason Patriots name Katherine 'Riley' Ewing assistant coach.

Holy Cross adds Gina Carroll as assistant coach.

Steph Lazo promoted to Associate Head Coach at Delaware

Since your daughter is involved and this is coaching carousel...who do you see as the next big head coaching candidates? Dobbie, Kenis, Barnes won't budge from their current spots, but who are the next big ones that we should keep eyes on?

Let me answer this one. In my mind, three candidate who I would expect to get a bigger, better job in the next round

- Missy Traversi, HC @ Army
- Adam Sear, assistant @ ND
- Ann Harrington, HC @ Richmond
- Nicole Graziano, assistant @ Hopkins

Missy Traversi is the Army WBB HC. I think you probably meant Tumolo. Suprised UVA didn't take her.

Good list! I think Harrington has to prove that she can recruit at the same level of as her predecessor (they lost ALOT from that team this year). Sear should have been the call for multiple jobs this year. Graziano is a tireless recruiter but lets see how Hopkins does this year.

I'm surprised that Shannon Gilroy at VT and Gabby Capuzzi, who is back at Navy this year, haven't been named head coaches yet.

I don’t know anything other other than guessing. But I would say if it’s a big spot, Apuzzo would be heading soon. She’s three years at BC now as a coach. Raised her profile last few years with younger kids in the AU. Would love seeing Missy leave and Apuzzo get PSU. Probably just me hoping.

People been complaining about Duke and ND the last few years. Who knows?

I think the Duke situation will be resolved on its own within 3 years, max.

I had to ask some of my contacts in the club world.

Best current head coach candidate for big time jobs is Michelle Tumolo. Been to the NCAA tournament with two teams already. Next big ACC job is here if she wants it.

Best current assistant candidate is Sam Apuzzo. Has enough time at BC that she would be the first call for any mid major and ACC team looking for a splash.
