Scary comedy.

You should vote for them; I hear they're also 'principled conservatives'.
I do get to vote for one of them in November and will be pleased to do so.

The whirlwind is coming.
Too bad your brother in laws vote cancels you out.. ;) I like the whirlwind analogy. That may not be appropriate in the middle of hurricane season. :D

Very conservative of you. Kamala used to beg judges to keep POC prisoners in prison longer than their sentence because their labor was cheap, now she bails out rapists. Very conservative choice.

The whirlwind is a prediction not a preference, Petey.

And it's deserved.

I don't accept your characterization of Harris, but let's be clear, I'm voting against Donald Trump and Trumpism. As a conservative-leaning moderate R.

Remains to be seen if he even votes. Gotta get out of the basement... ;)

But hey, my household had 6 voters in 2016.
3 for Trump, 1 for Clinton, 2 for the Libertarian (who?) in protest.

My dad passed away, so down one Trump, but I'm pretty darn sure he'd have flipped to Biden for this one were he still alive.
My dad would have been disgusted with the pandemic response and incessant lying and would have lost it over "losers and suckers". My mother has flipped to Biden.
My wife and I will both vote for Biden, joining my son who will be voting Dem again.

So, 4 Biden, 1 Trump in 2020.
Mother votes in Florida, rest of us in Maryland.

Brother-in-law has told my wife that he's thinking of moving out...after 14 years, high time IMO.

Actually, after his last screaming at my wife that she's a loser, a failure for 40 years (beginning when she married me), and the same at me, with no apology since, he's been banned to the basement and isn't allowed to come in through the other floors, goes in the basement door. That is pretty sad he would treat his own sister that way. My sister and I are polar opposites in every political sense. We disagree all the time. I love her and respect her too much to ever make our political differences personal. I disagree with a lot of my fellow posters here and sometimes they frustrate me. The bottom line is they are all smart people and I have learned so much from paying attention to opinions other than my own. If the day comes when I stop being willing to learn from views other than my own If fear I would wind up like your brother in law. If we all had the same point of view how boring would this forum be.

Has MD ever visited West and East Baltimore? I mean he's from Baltimore, right? Is he proud of the decay and rot? His post leads me to think that. He writes the above as if he is proud to continue the fine tradition of making Baltimore a 3rd World he!!hole. 'I will not vote for Trump who has done more to get blacks on their feet than every other POTUS combined!! I will vote for Biden, the author of the 1993 Crime Bill which wrecked multiple generations of black families!!'

And before he replies (as easily predicted) 'my post is about Trump, not Baltimore', I think he has clearly articulated previously that he is voting Democrat up and down ballot. That would imply that he (all Democrats really, I'm picking on MD because it's easy) doesn't really care about the murders, mayhem, violence, and destitution of those most in need in places like Baltimore; they'll keep re-electing race-baiting Democrats who are solely responsible for the second greatest travesty our country has ever created.

Dems use blacks for votes; they utilize hucksters like Al Sharpton and mental lemmings like our Fanlax Dems to stir the American racial pot; they don't care even for a second about blacks.

Mike Kelly, Sean Parnell Request To Declare Mail-In Voting Unconstitutional In Pennsylvania

Mike Kelly, Sean Parnell Request To Declare Mail-In Voting Unconstitutional In Pennsylvania, Deny Results From 2020 Election Mail-In Ballots
They are calling upon the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania to rule against "universal" mail-in ballot provisions.

November 21, 2020 at 3:39 pm

HARRISBURG (KDKA) — Congressman Mike Kelly and congressional candidate Sean Parnell are requesting the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania to declare universal mail-in voting unconstitutional in the state and deny the votes of the majority of Pennsylvanians who voted by mail in the Nov. 3 election.

In the official request, the plaintiffs specifically cite issue with Act 77 and its “universal mail-in ballot provisions.”

They allege that the provisions that allow all qualified electors to vote by mail in Pennsylvania are unconstitutional.

As such, they are calling for mail-in ballots that they allege do not meet “Constitutional requirements” to not be certified and for only “legal votes” to be certified or for the Pennsylvania General Assembly to choose the electors and compensate the legal costs of the plaintiffs.

Both Kelly and Parnell are registered Republicans.

Plaintiffs in lawsuit say the certification of the election, which Joe Biden is currently leading by 80,000 in race for President, and which Rep. Kelly won and Mr. Parnell lost, should be prohibited.

If Mike Kelly has a problem with the ballot that HE was re-elected on, then he shouldn’t take the oath of office in January. If he says he will do this, I will take this stunt more seriously. Your move, @MikeKellyPA.

🚨BREAKING: Republican Congressman Mike Kelly has filed a new frivolous lawsuit in Pennsylvania seeking to block the state from certifying the election results and having the state legislature choose electors.

The stupidity of tRUMP ultra fascists in full display - they mistake Minnesota for Michigan in their lawsuit over alleged irregularities:

President Donald Trump’s lawyers have seemingly confused Michigan with Minnesota in an affidavit attempting to prove 2020 election fraud.

In their effort to demonstrate voter irregularities in the state of Michigan — which Trump was projected to have lost to Joe Biden — Trump’s lawyers appeared to mistake Michigan’s abbreviation “MI” for Minnesota.

On his Power Line blog, Thursday, John Hinderaker pointed out the major error.

“Here’s the problem: the townships and precincts listed in paragraphs 11 and 17 of the affidavit are not in Michigan. They are in Minnesota,” Hinderaker declared. “Monticello, Albertville, Lake Lillian, Houston, Brownsville, Runeberg, Wolf Lake, Height of Land, Detroit Lakes, Frazee, Kandiyohi–these are all towns in Minnesota.”

Hinderaker noted that someone involved obviously confused the two states due to the abbreviations and so the data is now essentially null and void.

“This is a catastrophic error, the kind of thing that causes a legal position to crash and burn,” Hinderaker warned, adding, “Trump’s lawyers are fighting an uphill battle, to put it mildly, and confusing Michigan with Minnesota will at best make the hill steeper.”

On Twitter, CNN’s Jake Tapper shared the news, and also demonstrated that a quick Google search of the alleged Michigan townships returns townships in Minnesota.

“These are not townships in Michigan. These are townships in Minnesota,” Tapper noted, adding, “Though yes both states start with the letter M.”

Yes, except: they're trying to pull off a coup. An actual, real-life, no-kidding, coup. And no one in office in the former Republican (now Trumpista) Party is calling them out on this. They, too, want the coup to go forward.

The end result will be the same as 99.99 percent of all coup's , it will fail. The results will soon be certified. If the Republicans choose to keep flopping around like a carp out of water, then let them waste their energy. Republicans may be dumb but they are not stupid. The Republicans know it is time to start looking for their next sacrificial lamb.

Let's be accurate...there have been a handful, though only a handful, of elected R's rejecting this coup path.

More are joining.

Not enough, but more.

There is no question that the Republican party is a hate cult - a power hungry group of deceivers, haters, and traitors. The problem for them here is that they are the type that are willing to fight to the last drop of your blood, but not their own. A military style coup would entail a great deal of bloodshed. In view of their cowardice and stupidity, you have to wonder just how much blood they are willing to drop in their quest for total dominance of the USA. The traitors have stacked the courts in their favor so we'll have to see what is the next step in their power quest. One thing's for sure, you never say never in the world of politics. Especially when considering ultra reich wing politicos like the Pukies.
