But for Harris, there isn't even a fringe/minorit view. It is complete made up racist bull shirt.

No law degree required to understand what the 14th Amendment says:

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

And also United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898): birthright citizenship applies to children of foreigners present on American soil.

Don't know what Mark, Tucker, and the other dirt bags have said, don't care what Kamala's color is.
The first time I saw her, probably when the herd of Ds announced their candidacies, I didn't recognize her as a black woman. Didn't think she was of Northern European descent, but probably Latino. Her run for VP with Joe aside, this is the same old what is black discussion. The one drop rule often confuses the eyes.
