The latter needs more help than the former! League has seen a lot of coaching turnover over the past five years plus.
DiBartolo was in the final 4-5, but the AD wanted to make a big splash -- someone with a D1/Pro pedigree. There was dissension within the committee as some very good candidates got passed over because of this. Toner is a good hire and fits the bill, though maybe not the big name he was hoping for. My guess is DiBartolo was the easy call at G-burg, but only if the AD drew a blank. I don't blame him for going to McDaniel -- a place with tons of untapped potential.
Coach Dibartolo will be missed at Gettysburg and I wish him great success at Western Maryla.....er McDaniel. McDaniel has a lot of potential but the competition for a first rate liberal arts education within 100 miles of McDaniel is very very stiff. He has his work cut out for him.
GO BULLETS!

I read that as RMC (Randolph Macon College) not RMU (Robert morris university). Which would mean it’s michael sullinger I would assume

I heard the Monmouth AD sent out an email to coaches and AD's in the area looking for candidates. Seems like they are having a tough time getting applicants.

Any word on B? Who might be applying or if they truly are going to elevate their top assistant?

Also any word on Alvernia and who they went with?

I personally didn't know B was open. That's kind of surprising. My hope is that B hirers someone soon, B can't be that behind the 8 ball when it comes to practice and recruiting..

B is a sleeping giant....

Oh, that’s what I was thinking. I’ve heard their assistant like everyone else but couldn’t help but notice OWU is looking for an assistant now. Maybe they followed the same formula that got them Keeley.

Definitely a fan of the hire.

Hopefully Coach Sullinger stays "for a while" and is able to get them up and going

Still quite a few jobs open at this point with school starting most places already. The two that are somewhat surprising just due to the date of their previous coach leaving are Lasell and La Roche. I hope that they have someone in place but haven't made it public yet or they are missing out on a ton of recruiting and possibly retention time with those teams.
