Juli Boeheim, wife of Syracuse coach, robbed at gunpoint outside mall

Juli Boeheim — the wife of Syracuse University’s men’s basketball coach, Jim Boeheim — was robbed at gunpoint Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of Destiny USA (a shopping mall), according to Syracuse.com.

The robbery was reported at 2:08 p.m., when a male “youth” approached Boeheim while she was sitting in her car near a Cheesecake Factory entrance, the Syracuse Police Department said in a news release.

The male talked with Boeheim before pointing a gun at her, reaching into her car and grabbing her purse, according to police.

The youth and two others drove away from the scene in a nearby car that had been reported stolen, according to Onondaga County 911 dispatch reports.

I once sat at the table next to Boeheim and Massimino at a pizza joint after a Cuse-Nova game in the late 1980s. They were having a good time, and Rollie bought the place a round of “whatever they’re drinking.” Good night.

Actually, universal access to guns is more of a conservative agenda. Next time consider posting news like this in a right wing thread. ;)

At first glance, the heart breaking , high profile college suicide tragedy, looks like "woke" policies and certainly out of control college administrations, may had been a contributing factor.

If ex girl friends can be convicted of "manslaughter" for sending mean, horrible social communications, where does this leave Stanford ?

Nothing is ever typical, but the parents seem pretty pissed off at someone, considering how recent their daughter took her own life. '

"disciplinary action..."

Unfortunately, the legacy media has already buried the story.

they are, however, letting you know that Harvey Weinstein is sneaking "milkduds" into prison. Maybe Tucker can do an entire segment on it.....

You think this post proves me wrong?

above, in my first post: see those two words in quotes? At the very end? Not a very long post, so.......

The words in THIS post, in bold......post a story that includes "discplinary actions", "email from Stanford administration, notifying the Stanford soccer player of a "trail".

The Stanford soccer players parents are pissed at the Stanford administration.....why?

You gonna come back with junk like, "well, she IS an adult, so we don't have to notify" garbage? When many of the same people wanted healthcare coverage of children to extend to age 26......under the parents plan ?

I don't consider Yahoo to be "legacy" journalism, but it is pretty much the only outlet covering THIS aspect of the story.

https://news.yahoo.com/details-emerge-c ... 44644.html

Meyer’s parents told NBC News on Friday that their daughter died by suicide.

“The last couple days are like a parent’s worst nightmare and you don’t wake up from it,” Gina Meyer said on the Today Show. “So it’s just horrific.”

The Meyers believe that fear over a pending disciplinary action at Stanford may have contributed to her death.

“Katie, being Katie, was defending a teammate on campus over an incident and the repercussions of her defending that teammate (were possibly resulting in disciplinary action),” Steven Meyer said on Today.

THIS......is the aspect of the story I am discussing.

again, humans are being charged with crimes for sending "bullying" social media messages.........and being convicted.

College administrations NOT following the due process of law has to end............

The Democrats’ Economic Message:

- Inflation is a high class problem

- Have a margarita and wait longer for your treadmill

- Gas too expensive? Just buy a Tesla

  So true. Total train wreck of an administration.

What’s the Republican message, pete?

“If things are too expensive, run to the government, and we will bring the prices down”?

You wouldn’t know what an American conservative was if one fell on you, pete.

The Republican answer should be: either don’t buy what’s “too expensive “, or get a second job.

Welcome to the free market!

IMO the American conservative use to believe that as individuals and a nation we have to live within our means. 30 trillion in debt and climbing and interest rates soon to rise there are no fiscal conservatives left in this country. There is not really any difference between a liberal democrat and a conservative republican except where they want the tax payer dollars to be spent.

Not true C&S. There are many conservatives who want us to live within our means.

Desantis is only 2.5 years away. Hang tight til then.

Trump broke you. Trump has muddied the waters on what conservatives are.

There are many small government conservatives out here. And we are coming back.

 That's what you idiots sold us on to get Bush way back in 2000.

Then we got the Tea Party in Obama's first term....claiming they wanted minimal government.

Turns out, nope, they were just mad that Obama was black, because Trump arrived and made government 60% bigger in four years.

Your party is full of sh*t, Pete.

Here's a question, Pete: has the Florida government gotten bigger or smaller under DeSantis.

You know the answer. And you don't care.

And DeSantis latest budget...up for a vote next week? Another record for your State...and that's AFTER fleecing the Fed out of more CoronaVirus money. You're full of it, Pete.
