His profile under the name Cesar Altieri indicates that he works at the Seminole gambling location, but then again it claims all sorts of professions that don't appear to be accurate. We're likely to learn much more about this nut job over time, but I doubt he's going to have been making any claims of 'minority' status other than if he thinks 'white men' are such..
