Asked for an official decision on the player and got one, sorry I brought him up but pretending we don’t all know what inside lacrosse is would be a bit dumb

All good, I just want to clarify before I make a pick, because if he's eligible at all moving forward I'd elect to wait as long as I can.

Admin has declared he is Eligible if he appears.. this changes the game now if tartan is waiting not to draft and letting others draft before him... surely any of us could of done that... just getting silly now, because although its his turn, technically he could just not pick and wait... risk and reward in that does exist but yeah what an odd day

I guess the slow draft doesn’t work to be honest!

I agree that if the rule is a player is eligible once they're on a roster, he should be draftable whenever he pops up on the roster. At the risk of complicating matters, though, I will point out the obvious problem with that rule. Others spoke truth when they said there are still some of our teams who haven't posted their 2019 roster. On that theory, any freshman who doesn't appear on the only roster that's currently posted wouldn't be draft eligible until that school posts their 2019 roster. And I'm pretty sure many freshman have been drafted so far before the 2019 roster was posted (and some still aren't). Just sayin....

I think the key is, The player is on the team roster when the roster is posted.

Yes, we can draft. If a roster is posted with freshmen included, the freshman needs to be one of those freshman. If a roster is posted without freshmen and/or a roster isn't posted, then we move forward and do our best to guess who is eligible and who is not.

So there's no confusion...

All Freshman are eligible. The only exception is when a Roster shows that a player is not available. e.g. You want to draft Joe Lacrosse, a freshman at Albany, but Albany's 2019 Roster is up including all the new freshman and... Joe isn't listed. That is the exception. Otherwise, barring unique examples, all freshmen are eligible.
