Sorry, this thread is far from dead...

"The man closest to the [Trump Tower Moscow] project, longtime Trump business associate Felix Sater, was set to appear before the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees this past week. But with many details of the 400-page special counsel investigation still shrouded in mystery, Sater’s testimony has been postponed indefinitely, or at least until members of Congress better understand the contents of the so-called Mueller report.

Sater’s story is a familiar plotline in the Trump-Russia narrative: An opportunistic ex-con ingratiates himself into the Trump Organization, landing a rent-free office on the 26th floor of Trump Tower, then brokers connections between the future president, Trump’s family and company, and Russian elites, eventually including the Kremlin. When the unbecoming details of Sater’s past — his secret prosecution, his ties to organized crime — come to light, the president disavows their relationship."

Still shrouded in Mystery!

Mueller and his 19 democrat agents found NO EVIDENCE OF COLLUSION. Maybe you read that somewhere
Is that what they found: "NO EVIDENCE"?

from your article.

In fact, Barr’s letter quotes Special Counsel Robert Mueller as stating that the investigation “did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.” Saying that the investigation did not establish that there was collusion is not the same thing as saying that the investigation established that there was no collusion. Two points are worth emphasizing.

Depends on what the definition of is is again eh!

Is that really the comparison you want to make?
Clinton's parsing of the words "is" and "sex" and Trump and co's pretending no "collusion" because no indictable "establishment that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities"?

Neither is truthful.

There's lots of "evidence" of "collusion".
Lots of evidence of contacts and lying about it to the American people.. Lots of evidence of knowledge of and welcoming of the Russian interference. Not reporting any such to the FBI or other authorities, even after warned. Lots of evidence that they were compromised by their business activities and the lies they were telling for political expediency.

But prosecutable for a crime? Apparently not.
Why?
Contacts with the Russians, not illegal. Knowledge that the Russians were interfering and not reporting to the FBI. Not illegal. Business activities in Russia. Not illegal. Lying to the American public. Not illegal.

Unethical...

So, let's see the evidence as reported by Mueller and the rationale for not prosecuting.

In the meantime, stop claiming there's "no evidence of collusion". That's false on its face.

Who said they didn't miss this? They're the nefarious Deep State, right?

Still waiting for your mass arrests to happen, old salt. Tick tock.

Remember, the Deep State is held to the same bar that you held Trump. They've done nothing illegal until proven otherwise.

So they're all in the clear, and you're a TDS nutjob for so much as thinking illegal acts occurred.

Tick tock what ? There's no SC investigating them. Everything's on hold waiting for Mueller's report.
These are the political hacks & IC geniuses who were leaking, lying & are now tv stars.

Might not be criminal. Could be just unethical & an abuse of the power of their position. Sound familiar ?
I just want the truth to come out & hear them account for their actions.
They were confident HRC would win & they would never have to explain their actions.

Sure does. That's my point. You and the rest of the Republican party are totally cool with unethical behavior, remember? So why waste even a second of time chasing after something you have told us again and again "isn't illegal", and is "therefore" super-cool, and just fine?

Tell it to the hand. You have made fun of ever poster who wants the same with Trump for two straight years. Laughing. Calling them crazy. Making fun. Telling them they have TDS and any other nonsense you could fling at them.

Now you're just trolling. Another sore loser, lashing out.

Unethical behavior ? Trump Jr just listened to his Brit publicist friend who brought the GPS Russians. Clinton hired them.
Where's the indictment of Trump Jr ? Papadop is becoming a folk hero.

Right. Cause there never was ANY Russian involvement in the campaign/election of 2016. Sure there wasn't.

The SaltyRad disinformation campaign is just a virulent and equally full of shirt. Fewer and fewer voters this side of a MAGA rally believe the nonsense coming from the Trumpist camp any more. They've painted themselves so far into a corner the only way out is obviously doubling, tripling and quadrupling down on the ongoing effort to cover up and obfuscate The Don's lying, inept and very likely criminal behavior.

It seems more and more likely that the 2020 elections will not go well for this bunch.

How do you boys square those of us who STARTED with acceptance?

Again, you guys are acting like Trump was vindicated, and everything is "cool" with all his behavior, and the behavior of his direct top aides, simply because Trump isn't under indictment.

It's obvious that this is the stance of American Republicans: because Trump wasn't indicted, you conclude that "therefore" that anything and everything Trump did is good, ethical, awesome, and beyond reproach.

It's ridiculous, annoying, and simply parroting Rush and Hannity. You gents are far, far better than this.

Newsflash (maybe you should sit down for this shocking news): you can criticize things our leaders do, even if their actions are totally legal. There is more to leading than simply following the law. You all understood this "complicated" idea when our President was a Democrat.

So just stop.

All parties agree the Russians intervened in 2016.

Trump disbanded the unit charged with preventing a repeat, i can’t think of more than one reason for doing that, providing a freer hand.

You and frmanfan just got done making fun of posters who are upset by Trump and his cronies' behavior. How many times were Trump and his advisors caught in clear lies? And you made fun of anyone who dared say that they don't like being lied to. You retorted "that's not illegal". "That's just a process crime". And my personal favorite "he was tricked into lying".

And not two posts later, here you are, incensed at, you know....precisely the same stupid behavior that upset other posters when it came to Trump. Lying. Abuse of power. Conflicts of interest. Suddenly, truth matters.

VDH and the rest of the partisan hacks can go to hell.
