How many deaths will it take for IMPOTUS to call for the USA flag to go to half mast?

Democrats get free labor where they can find it, or as close to it you can get! $0.10 to dig pauper graves.
I thought the Party was all about prisoner rights? This seems kind of in poor taste, no? Where is the outrage?
say it ain't so Pete.
I'm sorry but the Republican Party isn't bleating on about prisoner rights, now is it? I could swear it is Democrats. Correct me if I am wrong though. Also, I can't read that article because they want my email address which I won't give anyone. I assume the State of Florida uses prisoners to dig graves? Here's my answer if that's the case: the State should be deeply ashamed and halt it immediately. Now does anyone from the north here agree about NY City doing the same?

I let my dog out last night and was shocked at how clear the sky was. I had not seen stars like that since I was in college. I saw this article this morning:

It’s an excellent Frontline documentary... the people in Ohio were desperate. They were conned by Trump.
Yes, I have watched PBS info on the situation in Ohio. One thing that stood out was the terrible decline in that state's coal industry and subsequent loss of jobs. The first thing those people said was "blame Obama". As always, the Obama derangement syndrome in full display even though it has been conclusively proven enough times that he had absolutely nothing to do with the industry's decline. I could not honestly blame Trump for this. They have only themselves to blame for believing such garbage which has been spewed by treasonous liars in the Fo卐 network and by traitors like Rush Limpballs and others. When unions prevailed in the auto industry, domestic jobs were secure, the state had a strong tax base, and an excellent quality of life. In rejecting unions they screwed themselves by biting the hand that fed them all these years.
Then when the state (like the rest of the country) went into decline, they succumbed to tRUMP's lies and con job. The promise of rebuilt infrastructure, universal health care, jobs for all, lower taxes, balanced budget, stable standard of living, higher quality of life ~ all garbage promises made by the Charlatan-In-Chief. As before, I hate to say I told you so to those delusionals. But stupid is as stupid does. If voting Republican & for the self proclaimed Chosen and its consequences is what they want, then so be it.
It has been proven a hundred times that the surest way to the heart of any man, black or white, honest or dishonest, is through justice and fairness.

I really wanted to place this link in the Orange Duce thread since the story dispels a little of the TDS syndrome, but in the interests of a public service announcement, perhaps here is best.
Trump today used his executive privilege to make sure that hospitals do not send 'surprise bills' to out of network Covid-19 patients. In other words, unlike Congress (umm, Pelosi), who set spending laws, Trump is protecting the citizen.
Kudos!

Re: All things Chinese CoronaVirus
Uh oh, Trump is messing with the free markets here by making all Coronavirus treatment "in-network". This is just a lack of personal responsibility on the part of consumers. Patients should shop ahead and know what hospitals and doctors to use in those hospitals to make sure they're in-network before getting sick. They shouldn't be getting bailed out by the government for their bad choices in where to get treatment.
Good move by Trump (HEY PETE, HERE'S SOME PRAISE FOR TRUMP!!!), but the fact that he has to do it shows us one of the many broken parts of our healthcare system.

Re: All things Chinese CoronaVirus
Right wingnut fake news. Only a troll would find a way to bash his hated Lib enemies with some perceived "good news" from this thoroughly incompetent pandemic response. Why don't you regal us with all that The Donald is doing in the broader healthcare/ObamaCare arena? Is he "protecting the citizen" in that area as well? Where is the "much better, much cheaper, big, beautiful healthcare package" that candidate trump kept trumpeting in 2016?? Where's the Pandemic Emergency Response Agency he dissolved a ways back?Petey Brown wrote: ↑Fri Apr 10, 2020 12:49 pmTrump today used his executive privilege to make sure that hospitals do not send 'surprise bills' to out of network Covid-19 patients.
