Nisky really controlled the game, especially in the second half. Yorktown didn't value the ball and when Nisky got it, they kept it until they got a very good look. They will be a hard matchup for the Long Island champion.

Disagree. There are plenty of ways to force the action if necessary. A shot clock also will have most teams playing zone which will hinder the development of offenses. Installing one across a wide jurisdiction would be a mistake.

I just watched a game where the losing team played zone and held the ball when they had it. Perhaps good strategy or would have been blown out but tough on the fan of the game :D

Agreed, Nisky has a couple of horses on that team. Coach's son is a real nice looking lefty. Solid win today.

Workmanlike job by B'ville today vs Corning after 2-2 start. Pford should give them a pretty good challenge.

Used to be called the fastest game on two feet. Been a substitution game for quite some time and many team's best play is now 'yellow'. Refs allowing a little more physical contact would help too. Seems like most/all hits are flagged for unnec rough. Concussion worry syndrome is widespread and frequently laughable.
