Thomspon has been one of the best recruiters not just in D3, but in all of College Lacrosse Under Thompson, Amherst had many outstanding players, but also had a number of D1 schools pouch their recruits.
TJ Malone who scored 30 Goals as a freshman at Penn State was a the most recent one I can think of. But former All Americans Michael Quinn (Yale) and Eddie Glazener (ND) were committed to Amherst at one point.
I'm interested if Thompson will be able to retain some of the talent that he is able to get initial commitments out of.

Saint Joseph’s volunteer assistant Mike Rastivo will become a full-time assistant with LIU, according to multiple sources.
Rastivo will be replacing Tim Rotanz on the Sharks’ coaching staff. Rotanz is stepping down from his position.

Mercer head coach Kyle Hannan has resigned. Associate head coach Chad Surman has been named the Bears’ interim head coach.
