I think this season's results should be factored in to the draft order. However, I don't think it should be wins and losses, but instead it should be by fantasy points. That's really the true measure of how good a fantasy team is.

Makes sense. Though... We do our standings by Record with Points as a tie-breaker. i.e. Records, whether by a partial or a full season, are not "fair". But that's part of the game. Doing the Standings by Points and ignoring Records changes the Standings enormously.
