They don't care that the whistleblower law was broken, and what that will do for future leaking of intel. They don't even give it a thought. Someone was mean to Trump, and we can't have that.

We don't know for certain it's a phone call. We have zero confirmed facts.

Remember the right going bananas about some media assuming the Kids in DC were harassing that Native American Elder? That they "proved" the media went to print without having the whole story?

And I pointed out that happens all the time, and FoxNation never complained about it before?

Here we are. FoxNation going off with ZERO confirmed facts about the content of the whistleblower case. Just like the WaPo did.

Difference? You think FoxNation will issue a correction if they're wrong?

That would be something

Why do you and FoxNation keep citing that as if there anything wrong with that comment?

Explain how that's wrong, please. I don't understand what you think the problem is with telling Putin about a political reality?

He told Medvedev that, not Putin, because he was encouraging their fledgling democracy. It’s a bad comparison.

Not implying it is wrong, I just remember how wound up the right got over it...so it does not surprise me if something similar happened here. Trump is childish, we all know that, he is going to push the envelope on getting back to those that have burned him (right or wrong) from the left. Sadly, politics, especially during the campaign, is unscrupulous.

"Enough wrongdoing to require referrals to the Justice Department" for two FBI heads. His next report is on, "FBI Surveillance".

None of this is newsworthy apparently since no one seems to know about it.
BINGO !!! ...look over there at Trump's leaked phone call with a foreign leader. That stuff with Comey, McCabe, & underlings is now old news.

That video clip of Biden bragging he got a Ukrainian prosecutor is about to become a campaign ad. Horowitz is on the Hill, Durham's wrapping up. It's about to hit the fan. Time to launch a preemptive strike.

The best defense is a good offense. Our IC is good at this stuff. Perfected when meddling in third world & banana republics.

What does "burned the whistleblower even mean? Got literally burned, got insulted in public or are you saying his identify was revealed.

Even though Trump doesn't know who it is, he knows he's a partisan...how does he know that?

His balls of crystal tell him so??

Why don’t we let the Intel Comtittee hear the “perfectly fine and respectful conversation” and decide for themselves. They all have clearances.

The initial reports on MSNBC & the WP were that the whistle blower did not want this to become public.
He wanted it to stay confidential & not put his career in jeopardy.
When Schiff ran to the cameras, any hope of that vanished.
The details leaked within 12 hours.

"leaked within 12 hours of what"....it was filed on 8/12 with IG, who sent it on to DNI on 8/26.

They had their 7 days and blew past it....doesn't seem that complicated.

(didn't want it to go public - where'd you get that factoid?)

Yesterday on MSNBC, former acting DCNI McLaughlin explained how these complaints are normally quietly resolved. An "accomodation" is reached.

e.g. -- the IC IG, DNI & the whistleblower brief the HSPIC chairman & ranking member (or Gang of 8, if necessary), maintaining confidentiality.

That became impossible when Schiff ran to the media

The IG is probably as pleased as the whistle blower that Schiff elected to resolve this in the media spotlight.

Schiff went public AFTER the Director broke the law. As he should have. This isn't a game.

It's on the Director for making it public.

I'm holding out hope that you just don't get the timeline here.

Watch MSNBC (with WP reporters appearing).
They have the entire Ukrainian scenario all scripted out.
Impossible for the viewer to discern how much is conjecture & how much based on leaks.
Morning Joe bragged that he heard about Trump threatening to withhold military aid to Ukraine unless the provided dirt on Biden.
