I would highly doubt Adams....
Adams is not moving - sweet set-up at Loyola and living in downtown Baltimore. Plus, pretty stress free winning the Patriots each year and competing nationally.

Congrats Jill! Should be seeing a lot of new assistant coach hirings now that teams are allowing three assistant coaches.

From what I have heard many of the top names (Kelly, Adams, Tumolo, etc) declined the opportunity to talk about the job. All obviously enjoying success at their current spots. More surprising is that many of the top assistants (Barnes, Kenis, Dobbie) also declined the opportunity.

A couple of my daughters have worked with her at camps/showcases. They said she is incredible, smart and great at Xs and Os, but not very dynamic. The knock on her has always been ability to recruit. The key will be getting great recruiters under her.

That may be a great fit. Uva is a good place to recruit to. If she is a skilled coach, that will go well…
