It would also put the senate on the hot seat in the near term. Some republicans would support it. Need to start putting pressure on senate (and House) republicans every chance we get.

JHU72 my liver is going to need a break at the rate you are going. Timeout as I have bloodwork this coming Monday.

Ggait, et al - Mueller is a politician - call a spade a spade. He is a politician. As far as his military service I wish people would stop with that stuff frankly crap and yes I and my family have earned the right to type this.

You guys keep pushing that agenda you are gonna get four more years of what your fighting against.

To diss:
Yes I would like to see DACA men and women have a home same with the 14 million who have assimilated and find a solution at the border

I would like mental health addressed as that is an issue for inter city and the opiod crisis

Mostly and I cannot quote or source it but President Reagan and Tip O'Neil according to what I read opened a bottle of Irish whiskey every Friday night and compromised. My wish is that we can get adults back in the room and do the same

To forever - spent 5 days with my grandson best fun I have had in a long damn time

Have you guys ever invested in a Series A or private placement? The first 5 pages tell you how stupid you are cause your gonna lose all your money. I am not eating hot dogs. No one in the world who read it would invest. It is a CYA wording in case you lose all your money written by a bunch of lawyers. I sat in a BOD meeting today. Nice book. I read the prior notes, executive overview and the B/S. The other 250 pages were a waste of a tree and copy machine.

I say we start a drinking game down here:
1 chug for meatheads and
2 chugs for deplorable.

I spent 4 days traveling from CO back to NY lots of stops. 70% of this country wants to move on. IMHO we have allot of issues in this country that need attention.

Valuable lesson that I am thankful I learned early, "you wanna be right or you wanna be happy". If your not happy plug the nose😄
LandM,
Yes, and I've also actually written my share of such documents and "Risk Factors" are indeed lengthy CYA.
But they're explicitly labelled Risk Factors, and are not summaries of the deal being sold. Separate section.
I actually think they're important to read, as pessimistic as they may seem, so that an investment is made clear-eyed going in. No one should be investing in risky deals unless they actually comprehend the risks.

Of course, a private placement or other offering document is an apples and oranges comparison to either an indictment document or this Mueller Report. Yes, all 'fruit, they all use words, grammar, paragraphs etc, but that's where the comparison ends.

If you actually read the Mueller Report during a Board meeting, I suggest you resign from that Board today. Fiduciary duty. :)

I do agree with you that most of the country would like to 'move on'.

The Dems want the candidates in Dem primaries to focus on issues that most impact their daily lives. A majority of Americans know they won't be voting for Trump, period, so they want to know what the candidates think, from whom they will be choosing instead. Makes sense.

A minority of Americans are pretty darn sure they're voting for anyone but a Dem, including Trump if on the ballot. They too want to 'move on', though for a very different reason. They don't like having to face the ugliness of the corruption of the Trump Presidency. Hard to blame'em.

But that doesn't mean that most of the country doesn't also want the truth. Go ahead and poll that question and you'll get 90+% saying yes. The remainder would answer no to anything just for drill.

But sure, 'move on' sounds good to a lot of folks. For different reasons.

Of course, most of the country wanted no part of the Watergate investigation, they too wanted to 'move on'. Until they learned more of the truth and it sunk in. That actually came very late in the process.

I have to agree with 72 on this LandM.

No disrespect to your family and its service, but whatever that might be gives you no standing to disrespect Mueller's military or other service. It's actually somewhat disgusting to discount his service. Is that what we've come to?

"politician"??? You ever see a politician who avoids the cameras like he does?
That's not just how he's handled this particular service to his country, but all his prior tours in government. Stayed away from the cameras, didn't want the spotlight, just did his job professionally, thoroughly, ethically. Sound like a 'politician'?

I appreciated some of your other comments on that post, sounded quite reasonable. But the Mueller one is way, way off base.

I take my fiduciary responsibilities to heart. I do what is in the best interest of all shareholders. No the report I read was the BOD report not the Mueller report.

The 10 obstruction items are a normal business person/owner reaction, not a politician. Unfortunately for many of you a non politician won the election.

Yesterday I saw capitalism and socialism at its best. Had fun at a BOD meeting. Then went because my wife has been carping on me for the last 10 years as my neighbor gets free stuff from the VA to a counselor meeting I qualify for 70% VA diasability, a joke. Good news is I will take my sweet time. Unfortunately I have to listen to 10 more years of my liberal wife carping on me for not getting the free benefits😄

72 chug on me. Not sure whether I am a meatball or deplorable. Unfortunately your horse is going to buck you off.

You didn't do anything to "earn" those free VA benefits? Huh....you donated your time to the military..... we need more folks to do that. Where does one go to get those free benefits and do you just make your mark on a piece of paper and the government gives a person VA benefits?

TWO FACTORS THAT MAY CHANGE THE IMPEACHMENT CALCULUS, PART TWO: CRIMINALIZING A ROGER STONE PARDON

Can Trump pardon Stone to get out of the very likely damning evidence of Trump's direct involvement in conspiring with Russians that will come out at the November 2019 (scheduled) trial?

I got a college degree from a great school; got to get 2 Masters; learn unbelievable management and leadership skills; got to play with cool toys; jump out of and fly perfectly planes; and play against 2 guys who wear a yellow sport coat with busts in Ohio. Then I got to take that education and apply that in 25 years of business. Life is fun. I owe the taxpayer money. I am not into free stuff.

Chips I only have turf shoes now. If you take an honest poll, I do not know a single business owner who has not said the same things. Not saying it is right, just saying. Mueller is a politician. With young salespeople when we would meet with the "Donald" types I would always tell them to take the watch off and leave the wallet in the glove box.

My wife spent 34 years retired management confidential number 3 female engineer in the DOT. She is a politician. Not being critical just a fact. We are totally opposite people but we have found a way to make it work. Hopefully those in power can do the same.

Are VA benefits a hand out? I didn’t ask if YOU needed them. I am sure most vets also have your good fortune. VA should be shuttered.

Totally agree on the bfd. Everyone puts their pants, cleats, turf shoes on the same way.

I could have been a kid in a candy store. It was an unbelievable 1 hour conversation. When we got to the PTSD part I finally got up and walked out for some air.

I have all the info if you want me to walk it through with you.
