I think it's a bone bruise in the same knee, but that's just what was said on the broadcast.

What do you mean when you say “same knee”? Did ET have a previous injury to the same leg?

Or are we talking about Carney?

Apologies, I was referring to Carney, not EH. I believe ET injury was an ACL last year.

No problem!

And I think Carney & EH we’re the ACL’s last year.

ET’s season ending injury was announced recently and it’s been described as a bone bruise, but she was healthy last season.

Multiple Megs, Tyrells, and Emma/Emma/Emily - someone please let me know if I’ve gotten something mixed up too

Carney has a bone bruise on the same knee as her torn ACL. She is resting for the bc game. ET tore acl. Will be good to go next season

Thanks,

I meant ET tore her ACL a few weeks ago. Appreciate the correction.

Should be. Wishing her all the best. But you can't ever predict these things. And even if she's back, she may not be the same.

+1
And I agree with whoever said they will probably rest her for more important ACC tourney. Beating BC reg season would be a great win but a lot more important games after that.

I was intrigued by this matchup when I saw it on the schedule earlier in the week. I’m at work so unable to enjoy. Just checked the live stats. Yale recovered nicely in the 2nd quarter. T’would be a good win for the Bulldogs if they can pull it off.

Then you are missing the young man from the Yale broadcast booth yelling at us every time Yale scores. And i mean yelling.

12-11 UConn right now; Q3

Announcers like that immediately get turned down to barely audible. I can’t stand the yellers.

Hopefully she gets the surgery done as soon as possible so she can start her recovery as soon as possible. I think Megan Carney waited too long last year to have her surgery.

Penn-Princeton, another one going into the fourth with a slim lead.
See if Penn can make up the gap like Yale couldn't. Two pretty good
games played on pretty fields and in the sun with no rain or snow.
Makes me still believe in Spring, maybe it will happen here.
