That's what I thought was going to happen. Didnt make sense for the Women's Lacrosse Coach to be running both programs.

My son played against them last few years and I believe he ran the defense if I recall correctly. He played a mix of zone and man and threw a bunch of different looks to keep our O on its toes. Curious to see who they replace him with. Seemed like a good coach

Pay isnt bad. Paying to live in Hoboken doesn't even register (no thank you on $2500 to $3500 for a 1 bedroom place that is less than 1000 sq feet) and isnt always for the faint of heart lol. Having to commute to work from a decent distance can be a lot and take a toll on some. A number of past assistants at Stevens weren't neccesarily a single income household.

If you want to stick with coaching and are able to grind it out, there are numerous opportunities for you to branch off to after spending a few seasons while on Coach Peluso's staff. As mentioned, his coaching tree has some solid names that have moved on and gotten other gigs

Stevens assistant pays 35k in Hoboken, NJ. If you plan on living in a box you could say it’s liveable.
