This is basic infrastructure funding that we could have also used as an economic booster had we invested in it.

Reopening schools in any normal manner with cases and deaths rising is just another bad decision and lack of leadership from the top that we've had to deal with since this thing arrived.

Yep, Trump probably knew better, too, but he wanted to stand and watch those states burn (well, he also said it would go away quickly once the weather warmed up) and see those five democrat governors have early failures with their independent plans.
