I take this to mean that you don't think these guys were guilty? Photo of the guy with his feet on Nancy's desk isn't enough for you?
That's a long way to seditious conspiracy, my friend. Trespassing, probably. With the DOJ involved, justice is not blind, and if you don't believe that, then with all due respect, you are blind,

Eyesight is fine. That isn't what this Einstein was charged with. He's is on video committing the crimes he was charged with. Eight other felonies and the jury deliberated for only two hours. In America, you go on trial where you commit the crimes you're charged with and you have a right to pick the jury. He didn't argue on the selection of the jurors and now its sour grapes because they didn't believe him. He deserves whatever he gets.

Not sure why you think he should have been acquitted. Feel free to elaborate.

Let me help. Besides the obvious point raised by others that this brain surgeon wasn't charged with seditious conspiracy, there is the little matter of the Jury Selection and Service Act of 1968.

"It is the policy of the United States that all litigants in Federal courts entitled to trial by jury shall have the right to grand and petit juries selected at random from a fair cross section of the community in the district or division wherein the court convenes. "

My advice would be to not commit crimes in the communities whose political leanings you feel are inimicable to your "cause".

Eh...I don't think so. Or are you telling us that you'd prefer that Federal prosecutions "forum shop" for venues that are always friendly to the defendant?

I don't think that's what you mean here.

...are accused of entering the building through the Senate Wing Door at around 2:20 p.m. that day, just minutes after the initial breach...
According to prosecutors, they went to the Rotunda and Statuary Hall, at one point placing a pro-Trump “Make America Great Again” hat on a statue and taking pictures with it.

They stayed inside for about 52 minutes before police formed a line in the Rotunda and directed people to leave, prosecutors allege.

They are each charged with four misdemeanors: entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds, disorderly conduct in a Capitol building, and parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.

Like so many other Jan. 6 defendants, Coomer may have contributed to his own undoing by posting about his Capitol exploits on social media.

Whatever the sentence guidelines called for…and since I pay their salaries, the toughest end of the spectrum….then a dishonorable discharge.

Dishonorable discharge for misdemeanor disorderly conduct ?

For precedent, what was the disposition & sentence for these alleged felony rioters ?
