It'd be the #4 game, ahead of Dartmouth-Drexel and behind Florida-J'ville.

Nice one, Matnum. This an original or did you pluck it off the net?

You’re pretty good for picking appropriate ones. You should make your own. I’d love to see some “Matnum originals”

Does this take stakes into account, or is it just about the best teams in the most even matchups?

Just best teams. e.g. #1 vs. #2 is, by definition, the best game.

I double checked on Georgetown's website to confirm

ACC Final - BC at NC

There are familiar story lines here which are familiar across all sports.

"Defending champs at home, all the pressure's on them."

"Nothing to lose."

"The longer the winning streak, the greater the pressure."

I have no idea how this game will play out. I have no predictions to make. I know I wasn't very impressed with Carolina in either of their first two games in the ACC tourney. They didn't look invincible. BC wasn't very impressive vs the Techies but they were vs Ginny. The defense was stout, the ride was buzzing, the offense was running like a machine. We'll see soon enough. Two sleeps away as the kids count these days.

UNC didn’t look invincible before then either. Yes their win agains Duke was convincing, but their BC and Syracuse games were close. Everyone has looked beatable this season at one point

I do not know how many of you watched, but last night's Pac12 Semi-Final game between USC and Arizona State, was one of the best games I have seen this season. A bit sloppy at times, but really exciting. And Arizona State won 13-12 in a down-to-the-wire finish upset of #16/17 Southern California.
ASU is starting to make a name for themselves in Lacrosse, led by the Pac12 Coach of the Year, Tim McCormack. The former Northwestern Assistant said that he was going to take this program and make it viable and respected...and he's on his way. They play #17 Stanford on Saturday at 3pm(EST) and have a chance to get to the NCAA Tournament via AQ. With a win, Tempe Arizona could be a new destination for Upper level HS talent.

Really impressed with what he has done at Arizona State. They finally got some adults in the room running that program and the benefits are evident. Feel bad for the kids that were around at the beginning. Good for Tim and good for the Sun Devils! I wish them well!

Both of my D's were recruited at some point by Tim (NU and ASU). Great guy and you knew he was going to be a good coach.
