Nice win for the Buffs. A bunch of well-coached misfits knocks off the media-annointed ‘next big thing’. Coaching matters.

And on topic, any Cardinal-watchers here care to comment on the status of the Stanford assistant coach? MIA from sidelines for 2 weeks or so … wonder what could be up with that? Please share with the group!

Flawless execution on that first goal and well well again Ms. Kluegel.

Watching Loyola - Syracuse , good game so far.

This girl Ellie Kleugel for Loyola has a hat trick. Does anyone know if she's any good? ;) :o

Stony Brook at Princeton

It remains to be seen whether it means anything or not, but it occurs to me that every one of the Stony Brook players have bare legs, yet every Princeton player is wearing leggings. Somehow, that says something about the way the game has gone thus far (7-0 5:23 2Q). Stony Brook came more ready to play, more hungry. It is still early but things don’t look very promising for Princeton at this point.

Does Kyla Sears have another year of eligibility? If so, she can't use it at Princeton right?

Wouldn't she have 2 years?

And I think that is right about not playing at Princeton. Assuming she graduates with her bachelors, I don't think the Ivy League allows graduate student-athletes

Watching BC-Dartmouth game.
two observations : #5 for BC swipes a lot like yellow - card swipes at players and they miss that call a lot.
and what's wrong with BC's lax field they never play there any more??

That’s an excellent question and I have no stinky idea as to why not. As you can see here, it’s a beautiful field.

Geezuz, you get the crow's nest view for the Navy-Lafayette game.
7-2 Navy, end of 1.

Lasda on the finish. Big save and better clear by Alexander for fast break.
Johnson ties it at 3. Buckeyes looked to being dominated but come back to
tie it.
4-3 OSU on a FPS by Level.

Brutal, brutal hit high after the shot for the last OSU goal. I do note that the refs tend to let that kind of contact go if the attack finishes. Anyone else?

If u r referring to the goal that made it a 6-5 game, it was an awful hit, high n late, a clear illegal cross check. The NCAA rules book emphasizes calling cross checks this season. How all three officials missed that is beyond me. It deserved, at a minimum, a yellow card and I would listen to the argument that it deserved a red card.

I believe you are talking about the goal by Level that made it 8-5. If so, that should have been an and-1 for OSU with a card and OSU getting possession at mid-field. That was a brutal hit and should have been carded because it came after the shot.

Aint no way OSU wins this in OT.
Surprised they're still walking after shooting themselves in the foot so many times.

Is this not a blatant yellow card on a dangerous follow through?
