Nice job hounds. But tough result.
Still, good to know teams outside the ACC will have a legit shot this year.

Yes...lower body injury in practice last week....he's week to week per inside lacrosse...not season ending and no surgery...

He's expected back...which is good and needed long term

James did a really nice job on Saturday filling in at attack, but we are essentially robbing Peter to pay Paul when we take James away from the midfield...we want all our best players healthy and on the field...at the same time ;)

Injuries and covid have really hampered this team from being able to practice and play with the full compliment of guys...hopefully we get more guys available every week and get to full strength soon...

What do we know about Utah? Injury updates?

I've heard some of the Loyola walking wounded are back although names weren't given. I suspect Wiggley and Railey are practicing again.

Utah has quite a few Freshmen and sophomores on the squad. Most of the Attackmen are smaller in size compared to our Close D. Have heard their Face off and rope unit is their strength.

That's about all I have.

Good article. Both Jake and Seth playing close to home. Seth really doing a fine job with the Hounds. Dad has to be pleased.

No Savio today. I hope he is ok. This presents a new challenge for the Hounds.

Any word on Davis Lindsay? Is he hurt or just not in rotation yet?

Perhaps, but their two prior games were 1-goal losses to Denver and Air Force (OT), so I don't they are too terrible.

Based on what I have heard, it is some sort of broken bone suffered from practice. Some of the freshmen have suffered through a multitude of obstacles-him being one of them.
Great win Saturday-going to need to come out a little bit more clean this week in a big conference matchup. Hearing numbers are going to continue to be low during practice, but I trust our coaches more than anyone to continue to improve the team/take the proper approach towards saving legs.

Wow, that's disappointing re: Davis

I heard Lindsey was doing very well in practice and unfortunately broke his collarbone - from what I heard. I don't generally say anything specific about an injury but since a broken bone had already been mentioned.....Again, it's just what I heard.

I am feeling good about how well the offense is playing compared to the shortened season last year. Defense also appears to be playing more aggressively. I'm still hoping the EMO effort improves.

I still think this is a wacky season and anything can happen, even at Lehigh. Bus up and play.
