I can’t see it. Women’s lax loses money. Why would they pay them?

As long as the school offers the sports, it still counts toward title IX whether the sports is managed by NCAA or a new PR based third-party.

if anything, it would grow olympic sports since overall investment in football by the school will likely increase.
