I was finally able to get mine to work. I did not see Cortland available as one of schools. I would have like to include them.

I dunno. Only one submission for Unknown Participant. Went back and checked and what's posted matches what's within the system. Also, JustOneTime's submission is very different than Unknown's. You posted it a while ago. Is it possible your Poll order has wandered since then?
