Heard they had to leave a bunch of kids home including 3 starters for contact reasons. Looking at their website it looks like they have around a 50 man roster, looked like a little more than half were there. Gonna be that kind of a season.

Should be an interesting season! North Greenville very much in the game missing a bunch of players. Played LR very close also who were missing some key players.

Agreed. Speed on offense seemed to dominate when NGU could not cover all the angles missing one of those defenders.

Both teams had problems with clears as well. NGU was as prepared for Stone as it was for LR, and their defense was pretty impressive at times. But Consoletti had a stellar night for the Saints - five goals on five shots (all pretty much from the same angle) plus three assists. Stannard and Kesselring had a pair of goals as well...

NGU had a pair with hat tricks (Napoli and Cecere). Six of their ten goals. But at times the O for them was forced to take some long shots, which was when the Saints pushed their lead to 5 (10-5). At that point the Saints only had to hold on, and on a chilly night they did.

UMO 9 vs Queens 4. AA Jacob Williams back in line up leading team with 3 CT. UMO consistent with solid D and goaltending again this year. Looks like they may have found some answers at FO which has improved and a good ol Canadian boy Freshman chipping in on points. Too soon to say it maybe UMO's year to win CC?

I can see it I mean BAC defense looks not that strong. It might be early too say that right now it will be close to say the least.

Limestone was missing preseason all american Jordan Storus. Not sure about anyone else.

I believe he’s out for the year. Torn ACL. Every team is missing players every week. Between injury and pandemic, that’s the way it’s gonna be. We can say this about almost every team, every game, every week.

LR definitely looked rusty early with all the kids who have not played this year, but they shook the rust off and closed out the game. Along with Eccleston and Moffat scoring key goals.

Also, Anderson is a very good program with a solid team - I believe they will only get better as they add to the roster. Barton's win last night was a big one for them. They wore down Anderson and won at that the FO x late in the game when it counted. Anderson's FO was 79% coming into the game. He was only 15-31 last night with Barton's starter going 18-31.

Wingate dominated again for the second week. When do they play a SAC opponent?

I believe you have your players mixed up. as far as I know Stouros doesn't torn ACL. you might be thinking the other all american that Limetone has.

Newberry fogo was on point last night and physical defense from Newberry. They had to a lot of defending last night with having over 5 mins worth of flags. I will give credit to the UMO goalie who did a great job.
