Oh, that should help matters at the border.

If nothing else, Putin certainly got his money's worth for whatever he paid to compromise Trump and certain members of Congress (the July 4th Apple Dumpling Gang) a few years ago.

Poor Karine has made a complete ass out of herself once again. She is blaming the governor of Texas. When she was asked if she had discussed the stampede with Joe she had not done so yet. The irony here is off the charts. Joe screams and hollers that the federal government has all jurisdiction at securing the southern border. Then they choose to do zippo about the problem. When the chit hits the fan and the stampede hops the concertina wire and bulldozes through the national guard the buck gets passed on to the governor. You can't have it both ways Joe. Any reason why Joe didn't discuss this matter with Karine before the press conference? It was sorta kinda a little bit of a big deal.

Now that the situation in Haiti has gone from bad to worse when does the flotilla of refuges start showing up in Key West?? The world keeps going to chit at an ever increasing rate. I wonder what the plan is?

From Bill Clintons speech in 1996. state of the union...........hasn't changed much. (was looking for HIGH speed rail stuff )

But there are some areas that the federal government should not leave and should address and address strongly. One of these areas is the problem of illegal immigration. After years of neglect, this administration has taken a strong stand to stiffen the protection of our borders. We are increasing border controls by 50 percent. We are increasing inspections to prevent the hiring of illegal immigrants. And tonight, I announce I will sign an executive order to deny federal contracts to businesses that hire illegal immigrants.

Let me be very clear about this: We are still a nation of immigrants; we should be proud of it. We should honor every legal immigrant here, working hard to become a new citizen. But we are also a nation of laws.

Didn't the Clintons invent the private prison system...... 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

Since the Francis Scott Key bridge IS a Federal Highway, does this mean that any bidding for contract work, includes EVERIFY records for all employess.

As....ummm.....required by law ?

Oh....and FULLY "jabbed" up with covid "vaccines". Unless that is no longer a requirement, mandated, forced intake of a dangerous, non working, drug.

BALTIMORE, MD – CASA Executive Director Gustavo Torres issued a heartfelt statement for the victims of the Francis Scott Key Bridge catastrophe and their families, including a missing CASA member.

“In the aftermath of the tragic collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, our hearts ache for the families of the victims and all those impacted by this horrific accident. Sadly, we discovered that one of the construction workers involved was a longtime member of our CASA family, adding an even deeper layer of sorrow to this already grievous situation.”

Miguel Luna, from El Salvador, left at 6:30 p.m. Monday evening for work and since, has not come home. He is a husband, a father of three, and has called Maryland his home for over 19 years.

“Providing humanitarian support during this crisis is the priority, as families navigate this tragedy and seek answers about their missing loved ones. The entire Baltimore region and CASA family is lamenting this tragedy,” said Torres. “CASA is working closely with local municipality leaders of Baltimore County and Baltimore City to seek answers and services for the families.”

Since early morning hours, the CASA services and community organizing teams conducted wellness checks to all CASA members living in south Baltimore and discovered that a member was indeed affected by the tragedy.

7.2M illegals entered the US under Biden admin, an amount greater than population of 36 states. Crazy numbers when you think about it.

Then couple that with all the years of fussing over fly-over/middle America, it seems to say we wanted this to happen.

Who is "we"?

Employers, eg farmers, construction companies, meat packers, etc... or rich home owners?

Or are you referring to Great Replacement Theory racist/nativist garbage?

Or is this Qanon level conspiracy about rapist and pedophiles?

Or MAGA conspiracy theories of election stealing?

Well, a conservative Republican spearheaded an immigration reform bill that Democrats got on board with, giving R's tons of consessions.

Yet the same R's tanked it because Trump wanted immigration as an issue in the fall.

So "we" is YA's people.

I can't imagine being a Republican politician or talking head. They have to wake up every morning wondering what kind of insane b.s. they have to defend and twist that particular day.

It's gotta be exhausting.

Exactly; this "7.2 million" stuff comes hot on the heels of the GOP House declining, at Orange Moron's command, the bipartisan deal Lankford worked out in the Senate. This supposedly lets the GOP, which has done literally nothing but put out performance pieces and incompetent "investigations" and "inquiries," have an issue to run on in 2024.
