It is inherently bullying, essentially seeking power but against their own best personal interests. I have no doubt there exist some Republicans who would pull the plug on MSNBC if given the chance. But to compare a few of those with entire Democratic movements dedicated to shutting down Fox (or Rogan, or Newsmax, etc) is apples and watermelons. I can name significantly funded Democratic entities whose sole purpose is to shut down speech. Media Matters is one such example.
