I think Chet is overly optimistic
To think that facility is ONLY for lacrosse is unreal. I know recruiting at the service academies ebbs and flows bc of the fact that they are service academes and that is not for everyone but DAMN, those facilities IMHO area game changer!
yes. it's hard to believe that's for lax and at an academy. but kudos and hope everyone enjoys it.B10KeepsGrowing wrote: ↑Wed Jan 25, 2023 5:46 pmTo think that facility is ONLY for lacrosse is unreal. Probably the best and greatest two-sporter who played both lacrosse and football was Syracuse's Jimmy Brown. Unstoppable and unguardable in lacrosse and a blazing tank on the field. NFL Hall of Famer, won an NFL championship with Cleveland Browns.....10stone5 wrote: ↑Wed Jan 25, 2023 7:31 am Eamon McEneaney played football and lacrosse as well,
though “only” two years football,
Chris Flynn at UPenn, for those who remember him, was a top
As a split end in football, McEneaney lettered as a sophomore and senior, was named to the second All-Ivy team in '76, and led the team in receiving and was second in scoring as a senior. During his two varsity seasons of play, he caught 54 passes for 713 yards and scored seven TDs.
