To the best of my knowledge this shooting was not done by the WS folks. The RPD has NO idea who shot these two kids. What they do know is nobody saw a god damn thing... Rochester has had almost 80 homicides and a larger number of people shot or stabbed that survived. The one consistent pattern is none of the victims or witnesses saw a god damn thing. I think there is a psychological explanation called " hysterical blindness" That is the only logical explanation why nobody ever sees a god damn thing. Why would that be??? It reminds me when a young black mother named Latasha Shaw was beaten to death in the middle of Driving Park Ave trying to protect her teenage daughter. At least a crowd of 50 people witnessed this horrific murder, hysterical blindness afflicted all of them... NOBODY SAW A GOD DAMN THING!!! i remember this well. I lived and grew up 2 blocks away from where this happened. There is NO memorial there and never will be, the city turned that intersection into a roundabout a few years back. Earlier in this thread I mentioned that right wingers all over the Internet repeatedly bring up the subject of Jussie Smollett. Same thing has happened in youtube, Fox, and other right wing websites, tv and radio channels. While he deserves the justice that was meted out to him, nobody from the far right has ever called for Jacob Wohl to be thrown in jail for faking racialist attacks. Nor has he ever spent time in jail for his many fraudulent conspiracy claims. He is a bigot, a racist, and a political right wing delusional. Despite his past racialist crimes, all he got was community service as punishment for a recent series of racist crimes:

I only wonder WHY the doctors at Strong Memorial Hospital released him with no psych evaluation knowing he was already effed up on heavy drugs?? It was not more than a few hours later he became the problem of the RPD. I know why the RPD left him naked in the street with a spit screen over his head. Tell me how any of that history matters to the family of Juan Lopez? You already proved your point. He was shot down like a dog at the tender age of 12 while walking down the sidewalk with his friend. The mistrust of police is so powerful that nobody saw anything and the individual who murdered this 12 year old will never be brought to justice. This is less about mistrust of the police, which is a valid point, than it is about people scared chitless of the criminal element in their own community that intimidates them to the degree they will allow the individual who murdered a 12 year old boy never be held accountable. All I ask is don't keep parroting that perspective that black lives matter because they don't.

Wrongo partner. I read it and understood every point he was making. A 12 year old boy was shot dead and his 16 year old friend was shot with "life altering injuries ( which means he is paralyzed possibly for life) and nobody saw diddly jack chit and won't tell the police anything because these folks trust the police less than they do allowing a murdering SOB to run free to perhaps shoot another 12 year old if the moment feels right. In what parallel universe does that make sense to you? Nobody saw diddly jack chit when Latasha Shaw was bludgeoned to death with a make shift spear from a broom handle and had her throat slit from a broken bottle all while her teenage daughter watch her die in a puddle of blood. What would possess a mother to run into harms way to protect her daughter from getting the living chit beat out of her? This murder happened 2 blocks from the house I grew up in and lived in at the time. It shook me to the core. It is estimated more than 50 people in the crowd watching the show suddenly were afflicted with " hysterical blindness" nobody saw jack chit that day. The police know who the killers are. Nobody has or had the intestinal fortitude to testify. One young girl actually was willing to testify. Then the "no snitch " rule kicked in. I guess when the young woman was informed what would become of her and her family she changed her mind. That is the way to show those police a thing or two isn't it??

A 12 year old boy was shot dead and his 16 year old friend was shot with "life altering injuries ( which means he is paralyzed possibly for life) and nobody saw diddly jack chit and won't tell the police anything because these folks trust the police less than they do allowing a murdering SOB to run free to perhaps shoot another 12 year old if the moment feels right. In what parallel universe does that make sense to you? Nobody saw diddly jack chit when Latasha Shaw was bludgeoned to death with a make shift spear from a broom handle and had her throat slit from a broken bottle all while her teenage daughter watch her die in a puddle of blood. What would possess a mother to run into harms way to protect her daughter from getting the living chit beat out of her? This murder happened 2 blocks from the house I grew up in and lived in at the time. It shook me to the core. It is estimated more than 50 people in the crowd watching the show suddenly were afflicted with " hysterical blindness" nobody saw jack chit that day. The police know who the killers are. Nobody has or had the intestinal fortitude to testify. One young girl actually was willing to testify. Then the "no snitch " rule kicked in. I guess when the young woman was informed what would become of her and her family she changed her mind. That is the way to show those police a thing or two isn't it??

How so? They were also from different jurisdictions, so she is not under her supervision. Does not seem like it mattered to her, she still flexed and used her badge, knowing she was being recorded. Maybe if camera was off she would have dressed him down and flexed in a more threatening way....but I would guess they both know there is always a professional courtesy, just like most careers pros have.
