I've been googling to find the actual Dept of Health statement, but I'm only seeing WBAL and Washington Examiner reporting it as 30% of deaths; WTOP reports it as 30% of infections.

The number of people coming down with COVID-19 after being fully vaccinated against the coronavirus is on the rise in Maryland. Overall, 30.3% of cases over the past month are “breakthrough cases” compared to just 5.9% in May.

I’m all seriousness, the WBAL statement draws attention to being vaccinated, dying, but saying “all” had another contributing factor. This also comes close to when boosters have been issued.
