Good news Minnesotans; it’s Murderapolis again!!!

Minneapolis recorded its second-most homicides ever in 2020 — after only 1995, when the city was ignobly dubbed “Murderapolis” in national media. And the trend has continued to escalate in 2021: between January 1 and April 25, the number of homicides increased by 92% compared to the same period in 2020. More than 80% of the shooting victims in 2020 were black.

But don’t worry. Democrats are causing cops to leave. Should be a ‘great’ summer.

No, Democrats aren’t selling those stories. Instead, they’re picking my pockets. Retroactively!

Those are the same tears made by Hoover when he was defeated by FDR.

And taxpayers have been trying to get rid of the FDR stain ever since.

They better have Joe jacked up on go juice tonight. He wants to bend the rich over and have em grab their ankles. I am sure all you rich folks out their are going to love this plan. I don't think rich democrats are going to warm to this plan anymore than rich republicans will. Them rich folks may talk some serious smack when it comes to helping poor folks, they ain't all that much in a hurry to break out their check books and put their money where their mouths are. I guess Biden's plan is suppose to help middle class Americans. Bravo Sierra on that notion. No politicians give a flying flipping pancake about middle class Americans. The only thing middle America ever gets is getting stuck with the tab.

Yeah, that's why the Democrats remain the majority party.

There’s that, plus voter fraud. Sure.

Petey, will you ever cut the bulllschttt? It is your party that engages in vote suppression, gerrymandering, and vote stealing. In fact your hero traitor tRUMP asked a Georgia official to "find" more votes - votes to be manufactured behind closed doors, not at the voting booths.

Can an attorney clarify this for us please?

House Passes New Bill To Abolish Qualified Immunity For Police

FOr example...if a cop turns on their sirens to pull over a driver swerving all over the place,, and that person ignores the sirens then hits a telephone pole, racks up major medical bills....the intoxicated person can now civilly sue the officer?

Why would the House really want to to do this?

Sure...and if I, a general citizen, bump your car into a telephone pole, you'd actually win that suit...problem with your first example is that the suit will obviously fail....and the drunk guy would put themselves in a position to be countersued. Much less put away for drunk driving.

Gotta better rule?

That was a great speech by Joe Biden. Certainly a relief after the malignant garbage spewed the last four years by the most narcissistic, racist, bigoted, incompetent, dishonest, and misogynistic president in American history.

America is back.

I thought it was terrific too, intimate, detailed, and I like the perspective of investment in competing with China and other autocracies.

I thought Scott was effective as well, at least for a portion of his speech...I thought he was weakest at the silliness that Biden was tearing the country apart...I guess it'll play in Fox world, but come on, Tim, you know better.

Biden has a tough road ahead on the scale of the investment plan...it's gonna get paired down.

Congress has authority under the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution to create such legislation as it is 'necessary and proper'.

Biden doing his best Weekend at Bernies impression: “Jobs are the key to defeating climate change and Kamelama is on it.”

He was already propped up on the podium. Now all they need to get him is a sweet pair of shades.

Weekend at Bernie's..I love it. The perfect analogy when describing Biden, up to and including the sunglasses. When you give Joe the proper dose of go juice he can hang with the program just long enough before he starts telling stories.

Who's being indoctrinated? I think it's telling that you think I'm pushing a narrative.

I am literally completely disconnected from Fox and DJT. And CNN and MSNBC. I removed all political news channels from my Youtube tv lineup.

Nothing but the main streams and BBC.

And simple observation.

You can always tell how anything goes by assuming MD’s thoughts are the antipode of truth. In this case, what you can now assume is Biden was flat, mildly incoherent, and certainly daft when it comes to actual cultural sentiment. The best that can be said about Joe (and it’s not insignificant) is his personality is harmless, he’s the anti Trump.

What you can also assume about Tim Scott (using the ‘MD is always 180 degrees from correct’ useful tool) is Tim Scott was in fact terrific. What an impressive man. He calmly deflated the Democratic ‘America is racist’ idiocy.

Not for nothing, the Left’s racism came through loud and clear after the two speeches. Twitter trended a racist attack from the left on Sen. Tim Scott, the black Republican senator from South Carolina, with the hashtag #uncleTim. Seems racist to me. I dunno.
