I didn’t see it. Sorry. Maybe it happened. But I didn’t see it. And I don’t think anyone else watching on TV did either.

I will be honest I don't know for sure, there wasn't a camera close-up, but the body language of the Hop wing and the reaction of Navy guys (including the guy who got hit), and the game situation (Hop not doing well before with FO wing play) lead me to think the blow was deliberate (maybe the location was not as deliberate).
