Lawrenceville up on Salisbury 10-3 at half, would be shocked if the Big Red lose another game this year (though Salesesium sp?) looks very good, will hold up as a massive win for Wick, don’t think Lawrenceville will be losing many in the coming years. Berkshire 12-1 over Kent, suspect there was some good sportsmanship behind that final score. Extremely informative and greatly appreciated summery of the unfortunate course of affairs that has brought Kent to where they are, thank you very much for that.

Can anyone confirm 15-3 Deerfield? Assumed the big green would come out on top but that sounds like an absolute thrashing. One would expect some of the big-name offensive commits to step up for the Rhinos. It also sounds like Buonanno had his way with the UVA defensive commit, which didn't completely surprise me.

9-1 and 11-2 at points in the game …something off for Taft today and Deerfield team starting to gel

How's this for confirmation: https://twitter.com/Deerfield_Lax/statu ... 1987641794? Neither Taft's O nor D has been right this season. Granted they've had significant injuries on both sides but given the talent the Rhinos have on paper their issues go beyond that.

Loomis over AOF 15-6... Loomis up 9-2 at the half. Looked like their Hopkins-commit FO/M was back in the lineup after being out for a few weeks.

Huge win for DA! Dominant performance from star to finish (little sloppy for some of the 3rd) but really good balance, both sides of the field. The coors were cold and the apps were hot at Champney's post game.

BE WORTHY.

Week 5 Not So Accurate D1-2-3 NEW rankings

D1 notes (Tier 1: 1-4) (Tier 2: 5-11) (Tier 3: 12-13)
-Deerfield dismantles Taft in the most surprising result
-L'ville too much for Salisbury
-Tier 2 all up and down: cant figure out TP, Westy, AOF.
-'Kiss freefalling with a loss to Westy and Berkshire
-Taft was game against 'Wick but they have moved into the Tier 2 realm with a bad loss to Deerfield
-Kent winless but Berkshire score: mercy or did Kent play better?

D2 notes
-In a shocker in a rivalry game, Williston upsets Wilby which moves Wilby down
-Albany Academies continues its impressive streak by dismantling Williston and Canterbury and may be the #1 in this division
-Millbrook beats Gunnery in a close one: is Millbrook vulnerable or is Gunnery back to its former glory?
-King continues to solidfy its hold by beating an upper tier 'Wick2
-HH falls from the ranks of the unbeaten and chance to move into the top tier by getting destroyed by GCDS
-in a puzzler RCDS could have moved up by upsetting GFA but lost to St Lukes

D3 notes
-Havey beats Williams in a not close affair for the top of "NEW3"

Notable tilts:
-GOTW: Deerfield v Loomis (Deerfield by 2)
-Brunswick v HIll ('Wick by 3)
-Salisbury v Hill (Hill by 1 in a pick 'em)
-Choate v Taft (Taft by 3)
-AOF v Westy will be close than people think (AOF by 2 but I would not be surprised if Westy wins)
-Berkshire v TP (TP by 1 in a pick'em)
-GFA v HH (GFA by 4)
-Milbrook v Wilby (Millbrook by 4)
-Cheshire v Suffield for the bottom of NEW2 (boarding) (Suffield by 2)
-Harvey v GFA - will yhe top"NEW3" beat a good "NEW2" team (GFA by 6)
-Storm King v Marvelwood - will storm king continue their rise from the dead ((storm king by 4)

I haven’t really seen NEWest teams play in a while but the level of play must be off the charts if teams are losing with a full roster of D1 commits and backups going top D3.

How good must the league be if TP & Taft are losing and only putting up 4-5 goals some games?

Pelicans coming to play today, and really this would be a culmination of continuous improvement over the past two years, extremely impressive. Winged beavers over footless birds 9-4.

Cobery’s been a four year starter with three of those getting the top cover guy. Boggles my mind he hasn’t been more recognized nationally. He is most complete player Loomis has had in the past decade and will have a quick impact at Harvard.

16-13 final. A sign it's a new day in Windsor was the reaction of the Loomis players at the whistle. Trotted down to congratulate the keeper, some high fives. Extremely subdued. Very much look like they expected to win this game which certainly speaks to a new mindset.

A statement win by LC in a season in which it is making statements on a regular basis. Today was the Pelicans' first win over DA since 2015 by which LC staked its claim as the undisputed second best team in NEW1 and favorite to win the Founder's League. Their offense has been sharp the last two games, which have easily been their best to-date. The truth is that LC is still working to get the best out of some of its midfield weapons. If/when it does, this team will have the potential for three attackmen and six middies to do damage making for tough matchups. The D has also taken large strides since the beginning of the season. Keeper Liam O'Keefe came up with some huge stops today and has grown stronger as the season has progressed. The close D, poles, wings and SSDMs have been largely unheralded but have done outstanding work shutting down some lethal NEW1 attackmen and middies and neutralizing opposing FOGOs. LC hosts Exeter on Sat. Last season the Pelicans didn't get off the bus and nearly lost a one goal road game to the Big Red. They'll hopefully bear that in mind and come out strong as they did vs AOF and DA.

agreed. Was able to watch him in person and I was not aware of him (which really means nothing) until I was able to see him play. Really a complete player and also surprised he has not gotten more buzz.

Great game and good for Loomis to cement themselves the top tier of NEW1. They really did get out to fast starts against Deerfield and AOF. Too bad they wouldnt be able to play "wick again as I think it would be closer but it looks like Loomis will be the class of the Founders league this year.
