McD Calvert Hall on Friday night is gonna be huge for the inside track to playoff seeding. Lots of big time players getting after it. Gonna be a big crowd for that one.

May be castrated for this question but is McCabe Million a little overrated? Definitely a good player but nothing has popped out when watching him

Same could be said for entire McD offense. St. Mary's D is doing something right.

If you want to comment on the McDonogh offense that is one thing, but to pin point a particular player at this level is not appropriate...IMHO. If you do not have something good to say...say nothing at all.

Seeding ? Calvert Hall lost and they could miss the playoffs.??????

Severn upsets Boys Latin 6-5. Kinda a surprise, but Severn has been playing some very good ball this year.

But probably the biggest upset of the day was John Carroll over Calvert Hall.

Tight game for the first half. Calvert Hall went up by 3 or 4 in the third but JC hung in there.

The end was exciting. John Carroll holds on a man-down situation, with under 2:00 to play and then scores the game winner with seconds left to seal the win.

Congrats to JC.

Sorry pal - when daddy incessantly drones on and on about his kid on social media that’s what you get.

McCabe's certainly been a willing participant in the spotlight what with the UA video docs and all (as is his right), so negative coverage is also going to come with the territory. Nonetheless judging only from what I've seen from afar, he seems like a good kid who works hard. I suspect he'd be the last one to be affronted by criticism in the public discourse.

The league reared its ugly head today. A day like today demonstrates why it is the best in the country top to bottom. Congrats to all the winners! Keep at it kids…it’s antibody’s ball game!

The John Carroll win is awesome for the conference. The arrow is pointed up for them. This conference is insanely good.

I have two questions:

1-How many teams make the playoffs this year?

2-Who is your CURRENT pick to win it all?
