SJF was rolling in Q1 - 6-1 - so I left. Won every FO i think. They should get at least 18, maybe 22.
Babson's GK had 29 saves.

I guess one upset today Centre over Denison (that is an upset, right?).

Haha soul patch Glenn Clark is the worst.. granted there has been a handful of cringe-worthy moments from Salisbury's students (earning credits) handling our broadcasts, but at least they aren't on the payroll.

Sometimes doing less is more Glenn... let the play speak for itself

Most games go as expected. But shout out to Centre for a big upset of Denison.

Looking forward to some good second round games that probably should be third rounders. Particularly looking forward to York-F&M. Would take York by 4.

I was able to only catch the F&M-JC game today and big shout out to the John C goalkeepers who kept the game from probably being 20-9, as they robbed a few of the Dips shots on the door step.

Looking forward to a great day tomorrow and congratulations to all those who had a great season

You have to like that some top teams had to kick it into a higher gear in order to pull out some of these games. Stevenson, Cabrini, Tufts, Colorado College, F&M and obviously Denison all found themselves in games they didn’t expect. There was a lot of great lacrosse played today by the AQ teams.

Interesting take (most games comfortably in hand majority of 2nd half) but great that the AQ allows for teams that wouldn’t ordinarily play each other to match up.

Babson GK was excellent in all aspects - saves, clamping, clearing but he did take a costly penalty. Stopped the long rangers easily but had more than a handful of ten-bell saves.

Tufts keeper also had a good day. Had a three save series -boom,boom,boom in three rebound sequence, I think two off the head - to keep the Beavers momentum thwarted in Q3.

Tufts-SJF should be a dandy. Babson FO guy more than held his own, I'd Fisher FO to excel.

I guarantee you that halftime was not a fun time for any of those teams. These teams are top twenty teams. Two of them were down at halftime one was tied and the others were up but not by anywhere near the number of goals that made them comfortable. All but one of those teams were able to kick it up a notch to get their wins but if you asked any of the coaches if they were happy you wouldn't find one that was.

Definitely applaud these teams for their effort, there was no shortage of any of their parts. Be great to see some of them pick up some of these tournament teams in the regular season on a consistent basis, I think it would amazing for DIII, growth, and recruiting.

Id like to thank Cabrini and Catholic for giving up those extra 2 goals.

Getting a refund on the SouthernLaxGenius t-shirts I ordered.

It'll be interesting to see teams that "cruised" today versus teams that were in a "dogfight" for 3 quarters plus.

Bench depth (and play) will be crucial tomorrow

I tweaked them slightly. Not that it matters ... I think my picks will match most anyone else’s. We all have an idea who should make the Elite 8. To be clear ... from those available- I’m not saying these are the best 8 teams..... don’t want to reignite that smoldering debate! Haha

Great slate of games today.

Shame they couldn’t give a slightly better spread of the game times.

I’m thinking there will be at least one shocker. :D
