Not sure. Smaller ships have been in the water since April.
cool. there was no reason not to go on a cruise on march 8th (for however long it took to book a cruise and then go on one), but times changed.

From this point forward -- anyone medically eligible for the vaccine, who declines getting vaccinated, should be liable for the costs of their medical treatment & hospitalization, if infected, rather than laying those costs off onto the tax payers or insurance premium payers.
