Democrats 2016: Trump is an old, white, out-of-touch billionaire and therefore unqualified to be the president of the United States.

Democrats 2020: Michael Bloomberg is the answer to Trump.

Yes - you take a fact presented and make an uwarranted conclusion from each.

Warren wants to keep for-profit companies from getting public money to run charter schools. She reportedly wants to remove government incentives for non-profits from setting up new charter schools. Has no connection with private schools. Charter schools are a variety of public schools.

Harris has never said she wants to take away guns (check snopes.com if you don't believe it: )https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/kamal ... fiscation/. She has said if elected and Congress does not pass gun safety measures in her first 100 days she would take executive action to increase gun safety.

Sanders does indeed own three homes. One in Burlington, VT where he was mayor, one in DC and a Lake Champlain lake house. He has never said you should be prevented from having multiple homes.

Barack Obama net worth is estimated to be about 40 million. Again, he has never said he wants no one to be a multimillionaire.

Do I have this right?

In regards to 34% black approval for Trump:

The democrats are stunned and wonder, how can this be happening. They believe that all black people are dumb, stupid and are happy and content with their life in the ghetto. They also believe that the Hispanic population can't read and are blind to what the democrats want of them. They have seen what the democrat leadership has done to the black people and will have none of that treatment. They are far to proud to be thought of as trashy low life's. All of America has been awaken to a lot of realities of the democrat party and their view of a new America where we're all slaves to the party

Drive by any Home Depot or 7-11....the majority of Hispanics are now working, unlike years past, where they would all congregate for quick labor job each day as contractors stopped in for materials. All that matters to them is work and family...and currently everything is pretty darned good, as it is for the majority of Americans.

How do you classify "black" ? Does your hero Obama fit that demographic ? We already know his family owned slaves.

Why do polls differentiate race anyway? Or sex? Did Hillaryous change her campaign strategy because of black approval ratings?

By the 2016 election the hispanic employment rate was near 2008 levels, the stock markets were at record highs.

Are things much better for you personally now than they were in 2016? I can't tell much of any difference.

Yep, all Hispanics have to worry about today are Trump supporters shooting them in Wal-mart, being told to go home, "build that wall", "you're stealing our jobs", "you're welfare queens" (while being some of the hardest workers weirdly enough), etc, etc.

Republicans should have the Hispanic vote locked down as they have similar views on so many things, yet only like 20% of Hispanics are Republican due to R's immigration rhetoric.

I agree, and those are the ones that primarily are flying under the radar. I have a good friend that is one of them.....when Trump came into office he was scared to death, sold many of his belongings for fear he would lose them during the deporting scare. He has since settled down, buckled up, and is working on citizenship. It was far too easy for them to fly under the radar.....Trump turned the screws (lifted the rocks to reveal the rattlesnakes) and made it 'appear' as a serious issue. I believe the Hispanics appreciate that....at least the ones that are here and want to assimilate.

From the latest Marquette poll in Wisconsin.

Among AAs in Wisconsin, Trump's favorable/unfavorable is 7/93. And Biden beats Trump 75/9 head to head.

Now that Marquette poll is definitely concerning since it shows Trump leading Biden by a few points. But that clearly isn't because AAs are supporting Trump. I mean, get real guys.

The concern is whether enough white semi-deplorables will vote for the Dems.

Personally I haven't seen a huge change in me or my wife's businesses. They've been growing steadily for the past 6+ years, and I can't point to any major shift after the election other than having to deal with tariffs and a Supreme Court ruling about collecting state income taxes around the country.

You may work with Hispanics closely and have your anecdotal stories, but they've certainly had to deal with those things I mentioned. They also overwhelmingly voted Democratic in the 2018 midterms - about 70% to 30%, which was the same as in the 2016 election, so Trump has not garnered any new support among Latinos. They've voted around that 70-30 split for each of the past three election cycles.

Either way it will be interesting to see how they vote in 2020 - they've had record turnout the past two elections.
