Thanks...not sure what happened there, I do know that picks are hard to edit on my phoneNotgoodatlax wrote: ↑Tue Mar 28, 2023 11:21 amI'll take a look today to make sure there aren't any errors in my calc - it is possible though that even with a ranking you were skeptical of the forum's average ranking (e.g. you had St Lawrence at 16 when the average was 9)HomerCoach wrote: ↑Tue Mar 28, 2023 10:29 amInteresting to see myself as a doubter of four teams that I have rankedNotgoodatlax wrote: ↑Mon Mar 27, 2023 8:10 pm I haven't watched a lot of these teams, but thought the variety was kind of interesting and wanted to look at the results. Thanks to everyone for submitting!

believer column tags "everyone" if more than 10 voters ranked them.
Doubter column tags "everyone" if the team only got 1 vote.
Believer and doubter choices identify the biggest differential owner from the Fanlax forum average.![]()
I did mistakenly have you Stevenson ranking at both 15 and 17 for you which resulted in your 'doubter' position for them. I summed the two spots to 32 and given the average position of 26 it meant you 'lagged' the average by 6 slots. I'll fix that though since it's a typo on my part!
Swat...WHOA! Great shooting and excellent defensive execution!JustOneTime wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 10:50 am If you are a Muhlenberg fan you probably would say it did not go as expected. Swarthmore is slick so the rest of the Centennial Conference is now on notice.
Giving Gress some juice with admissions has paid pretty quick on-field dividends - excited to see this program blossom over the next few years.HomerCoach wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 12:34 pmSwat...WHOA! Each year, more and more kids are playing lax. 2021/2022 classs were the beginning of the boom in club lax. These classes are loaded with talent. Combine that with D3 getting more attention, I think we are seeing an early sign of the future. D1, D2, and D3 are seeing a wide range of talent in the top 20. More and more top level kids available. And more and more top level kids are choosing to play, vs going to a school where they might sit the bench for the first two years. All this adds up to lots of talent, spread over more teams, resulting in more very good teams. Will be tough for teams to repeat because more teams can competeah23 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 02, 2023 8:23 pm Who knows if this will stick come tournament time, but this year feels unusually wide open and entertaining. Tons of upsets, no truly invincible teams blowing everyone out (there’s one, but everyone knows what happened in 2021/22), etc. Lots of fun to follow D-III right now.

Depending on the new bracket system they could have a decent shot at RIT in a semi. I consider Big Red - Best of the West.Did not qualify and should not ever be considered as part of a very serious Division 3 lacrosse blog discussion about championship contenders:

Can you give us some commentary on them and would you consider joining the Forum Poll?

That is correct. I also cannot recognize when a team's top player is missing, game played indoors, and other similar excuses for Ws and Ls. All I see is Ws and Ls and that's all anyone should see when it comes to evaluating squads.HomerCoach wrote: ↑Mon Apr 03, 2023 1:13 pm Computer probably can't recognize an away game in 3 inches of snow
