Putting much stock in fall ball results is a fools errand. While they may have easily beaten Duke they have struggled against lesser teams this fall as well. Not that they won't be good this year but fall ball is never an indicator of what will happen come spring.
Cordingley was a good get, but I am not sure that I would say they (terps) are going to be really good based on Fall Ball. I agree with the fools errand comment. What I saw against Loyola would make me disagree with you.
Although suffolk posted under the Fall Ball topic, he didn't mention fall ball, but the transfer portal as the sole reason for his optimism. I’m inclined to agree with you on Reese but one never knows. The game may be passing her by. Her teams were mediocre in 2020 and 2021. As other(s) have stated, hitting the portal as hard as she did speaks to a lack of harvest from previous years of recruiting. That’s on Reese ultimately. I’m not saying Reese has lost her fastball or is in the process of losing it—but she may be in the early stages... Correct—No one bats 100% (it’s actually 1000% in baseball lingo but I’m quoting) and no coach is exempt from having the game pass them by. Don't know about baseball, would rather have my nether regions waxed than have to watch that sport. Did not know the rules of mathematics did not apply to it. As to your other statement. I still find it rather assinine. Game must be moving warp speed or perhaps Coach Reese hit her head. The game may be passing her by in a mere 2 years since she won the natty...... even suggest she may be some early stage? Don't pass the smell test.
