I know about scrapple too

Been a while since I had any - when topped with maple syrup it can be quite good. For some reason I can't find any gluten-free variety that doesn't contain corn in the market or online. Mebbe some day soon I'll make my own.

You can buy the best, unfortunately they make you buy a 6 pack. But it freezes just fine. I could eat it err'y day.

Am not so sure I've ever eaten scrapple although I probably have...mother being German and all, I know she did. Gonna have to give it a try, not timid about trying new stuff. Hate to see all those hoofs, intestines, brains, and slime go to waste, gonna pick some up and give it a shot.
Think it would go good cooked in cannabis butter?

My fave being Famous Dave signature spears which have a sweet-and-sour juice. I save the brine and soak sausages in them to absorb flavor and moisture ~ really adds flavor!

The narrow minded provincials that we have here in Lake Wobegone absolutely puke icon_puke whenever I mention adding anchovies on pizza or other foods. Then they look at you as if you were from the Twilight Zone or some other far off place. Heck, they remain so naive, they still don't know what a bialy is!
