Predicting a Lemoyne/Pace Final in the North and Tampa/Limestone in the south. Limestone vs LeMoyne in the Finals.

At this point I would say either Adelphi or Mercy would be a bit more probable...

Pace has 3 of the top 4 point scorers in the NE10 and a stout defense + goalie. If they can get the ball more/increase time of possession they could easily make it to the north championship.

You mean the same Pace team that was beaten 14-6 by LeMoyne in a game that wasn't close?

If you're going to use that logic, Mercy played LeMoyne the week after Wilmington (They may have been looking ahead). Mercy led the game for 3 quarters before the Fins scratched and clawed their way to a victory.

Adelphi is undefeated, but they have not been spectacular, last night's game vs. Molloy was unimpressive considering Seton Hill, Mercyhurst, and Mercy easily dispatched of the Lions. They still look like they are figuring out their identity and close games vs. Molloy, St. Rose and SNHU are nothing to beat their chests about.

In the Adelphi/Mercy game, I would probably take Mercy based on what I have seen of both teams. I think Mercy has the best defense in D-2. They also have steady faceoff play and an offense that has some very good pieces.

The north is a lot more wide open than just the NE-10 and I don't think Pace is athletically where any of the top teams are.

Mercyhurst really hasn't beaten anyone of merit. The Seton Hill win is nice, but the Griffs are a fringe playoff team and a 1 goal loss to Le Moyne doesn't really move the needle as well.

The Robert Wesleyan game? It's a win over a team with a winning record, but let's face it, RWU has played one of the worst schedules in the country.

Hurst is also in a situation where their conference playoffs probably hurt more than they help. Playing Lake Erie or Walsh again only drops their SOS further.

It also doesn't help that their 2 games vs. better teams in Rockhurst and Mercy were canceled/postponed.

What's going on with the Sunshine State Conference? do some of the teams have home and home schedule, but not all? What impact does that have on the rankings since they have one of the strongest conference SOS.

I find it interesting a 4 loss Florida Southern team ahead of UIndy and LR. Still a lot of time left for teams to get some big wins.

But their four losses are to #1, #2, #3 and #1 again, with a win over #4.
Lindenwood at #3, lost to #1 and #2, but has beaten #5 and #7.

Look at #7 Indy as well -- Lost to #3 Lindenwood, but beat #8 LR and four others in the 20s. They're slotted behind who they lost to, and ahead of who they beat.
-Same for LR who lost to #1, #2 and #7; is slotted at #8, and beat the others that they should.

I think the Krach ratings are looking just like they're supposed to.

Regional Rankings have just hit. UIndy team site notes 5 from each region will be invited to the NCAA tournament. I thought I saw the tourney was back to 6 per region 12 total. Does anyone have any confirmation if the tourney is 10 or 12 teams for 2022?
