NGU should have won this game. Won virtually every statistical category except the most important one. Squandered way too many chances, including at the close of the game. Doesn’t get any easier for them as they travel to Limestone next week.
LR was down WAY more than 3 players. Those 3 all missed the Mercer exhibition and the NGU game. They were also missing Mabarak at D, a couple of LSM's, Eccelston at A/M, and a couple of other offensive pieces. Only 24 players available off a roster of almost 50.

The key point is they were missing both Eric Dickinson and Myles Moffat- the leading scorers. Together they would account for over 100 points per season. Dickinson holds the SAC record for.most points scored.

Great job by Coach P and staff.

Anderson beat Montavello last Saturday 14-13 in OT. Noticed that score was missing from the list of results

I don't normally do projections, but Friday if Rockhurst and Stone don't win it would be a big upset.

On Saturday, UMO/Queens might be one of the most even ones, and with a pair of games under their belt I would think UMO has the advantage. Wingate should handle Montevallo with no problem, and LR has the advantage over BA. Indy and Lewis should win in the GLVC, and Mars Hill over Shorter, and Anderson maybe over Barton (not sure on this one).

Sunday, Wheeling/Chowan is a hard one to call (I lean slightly to Chowan not knowing how Wheeling has reconstituted itself), and Roberts Wesleyan and Colorado College should win with no problems.

I agree with most of what you said but if LR has low numbers and doesn't have there two main guys I might have to go with BAC we don't know how the number situation is for LR.

Well the PBC is off to a pretty shaky start with the two projected top teams getting beat by first year Anderson in the same week...

Not sure if that is a statement on Anderson or Montevallo and UAH.

I gave UAH a pass on sneaking past Lee’s McCrae in OT with it being the first game out and little to no preseason but they need to step it up or this will be another disappointing season.

Not sure what’s going on at Montevallo.

Props to Anderson for a 2-0 start to their inaugural season.

North Greenville played tough throughout! Especially with a bench that was much smaller. Looks a lot more competitive down south!
