I don't have an issue with someone like my brother in law (64 yrs old, Type II diabetes, works at Fort Meade) being in the second half of the initial release. Some 25 yr old at the Fort, not so much!

No doubt there will be a mad scramble by various interest groups to get higher priorities. But finance guys? I doubt it. There would be hell to pay if that leaked out.

their "measurements" to date will probably be on decline levels of antibodies generated, but that's far from an accurate picture. as our bodies have varied responses and likely other defenses and wake up features involved. some antibodies are fighters, some aren't, t cells, etc.

best case scenario is of course it's eradicated (mostly) in several years, can't find hosts and dies. not likely with the anti-vaxx crowd. not best case is mutations emerge so it can survive and we're not back to the drawing board, but have to ramp up. again. and we might have the benefit of vaccine platforms that aren't so different that they have to go thru the whole process again. of course by whole process, i mean skipping animal trials, combining phases, no long term readouts on safety... but still.

i am not a scientist or epidemiologist, but i play one on fanlax.
