I don’t subscribe to the theory that all great players come from great teams, though. Look at the college game and there are a lot of great players who came from high school teams that were just ok.
On the other hand, more great players come from the strongest programs, on average, than from not strong programs.
Re NE WEST, of those 13 teams, how many were in the top 50 last year, at least according to the Fanlax formula?

Both those leagues would be considered at least 'difficult' to place as US Lacrosse All-American, relative to whole lot of other leagues.
