I think pandemonium is not really the word. What’s a one word description for civil uprising?

Is watching TV considered structured?Matnum PI wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 9:14 am "The large majority of his time has been unstructured, in the Oval [Office], just going nuts about voter fraud," said a senior administration official. Which is yet another indicator of just how patriotic and how committed this Prez is, and always has been, to this country, its Constitution, and its citizens. This presidency has only ever been about his being the king of the land, and having his throne taken away from him is more than his fragile ego can deal with. Meanwhile, as he rants and raves and spreads lies and bullschidt, many are thinking of those who were willing to pay the price for his right to do so today.Matnum PI wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 9:14 am "The large majority of his time has been unstructured, in the Oval [Office], just going nuts about voter fraud," said a senior administration official. I'd agree that hypocrisy is rampant...may even have been guilty myself at some point. Almost surely, easy to fall into.
He for real has a Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Full blown. All of this is 100% predictable. You have people on this board that “believe” he is justified. It is remarkable.DMac wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 10:24 amWhich is yet another indicator of just how patriotic and how committed this Prez is, and always has been, to this country, its Constitution, and its citizens. Not so remarkable. Humans are, by nature, irrational. You and me included. We're just not irrational about this specific issue. Though, i must admit, when I take off my analytical hat, it's pretty remarkable...Typical Lax Dad wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 10:56 am You have people on this board that “believe” he is justified. Yup, and one can believe all he wants but that doesn't make it true. See Santa Claus.Typical Lax Dad wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 10:56 amYou have people on this board that “believe” he is justified. Not true in Trumpville.seacoaster wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 11:22 am So much winning (in Michigan):
https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov ... 62.0_3.pdf
"This case represents well the phrase: “this ship has sailed.” The time has passed to provide most of the relief Plaintiffs request in their Amended Complaint; the remaining relief is beyond the power of any court. For those reasons, this matter is moot."
"But, to be perfectly clear, Plaintiffs’ equal protection claim is not supported by any allegation that Defendants’ alleged schemes caused votes for President Trump to be changed to votes for Vice President Biden. For example, the closest Plaintiffs get to alleging that physical ballots were altered in such a way is the following statement in an election challenger’s sworn affidavit: “I believe some of these workers were changing votes that had been cast for Donald Trump and other Republican candidates.” But of course, “[a] belief is not evidence” and falls far short of what is required to obtain any relief, much less the extraordinary relief Plaintiffs request. The closest Plaintiffs get to alleging that election machines and software changed votes for President Trump to Vice President Biden in Wayne County is an amalgamation of theories, conjecture, and speculation that such alterations were possible. And Plaintiffs do not at all explain how the question of whether the treatment of election challengers complied with state law bears on the validity of votes, or otherwise establishes an equal protection claim.
With nothing but speculation and conjecture that votes for President Trump were destroyed, discarded or switched to votes for Vice President Biden, Plaintiffs’ equal protection claim fails. ‘[N]o single voter is specifically disadvantaged’ if a vote is counted improperly, even if the error might have a ‘mathematical impact on the final tally and thus on the proportional effect of every vote.’”
So, do all of these court rulings have any effect on the way the SCOTUS would look at a case? It is not like they are 50/50 or something.seacoaster wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 11:48 am And in Georgia, an order from the bench dismissing the Kraken:
