Being inexperienced and unqualified didn't stop Barack or your boy Trump from ascending to the highest heights either.

Were those lifetime appointments?
I know, I know, you're just joshing....

Seriously, this garbage of lifetime appointments to the bench of clearly unqualified people has to be addressed.

If Jill really moves forward with this plan, it will make a huge difference in our politics and the perception of the next president.

Important News Conference today by lawyers on a very clear and viable path to victory. Pieces are very nicely falling into place. RNC at 12:00 P.M.

for context, According to NBC's Pete Williams, the Trump campaign and other Republican interests have filed at least 30 election lawsuits in 6 states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Penn. and Wisconsin. So far, no court has found a single instance of fraud. @NBCNews

Because the RNC now understands that the base they have cultivated is Trumpian. The GOP is stuck.

After the Georgia election, the RNC should pull back some. After Georgia and forever, Trump will not. Trump 100% believes that he won the election. His most trusted friend could count the votes, one by one, and say that Biden won by over 5 million votes and Trump would still not believe it. His Narcissisitic Personality Disorder precludes him from seeing a reality of this ilk.

Trump's sham claim that he won the election will continue ad nauseum until a few more repubs in high places summon the courage to let the country know that this wasn't, isn't and won't be the case. Trump himself is never going to admit defeat, even when removed from office, which in the eyes of many will register as a fairly convincing mark of mental derangement.

Ninety percent of what? This is a snippet from EJ Dionne's column in the Post this AM:

"Given Trump’s intemperate and often wild ranting in the campaign’s final weeks and the growing public role in GOP politics of QAnon conspiracists, the Proud Boys and other previously marginal extremist groups, these voters may well be more radical than the party as a whole. This means that Republicans looking to the future may be more focused on keeping such Trump loyalists in the electorate than on backing away from his abuses.

Trump’s bitterest harvest could thus be a Republican Party with absolutely no interest in a more moderate course and every reason to keep its supporters angry and on edge. Ignoring reality and denying Trump’s defeat are part of that effort
."

The GOP is something you may not recognize anymore.

Why is the RNC enabling this farce?
Because this is a party-over-country disinformation campaign. And it is working -- Bigly.

In 2016, 52% of Dems thought the presidential election was fair and accurate. Today, only 16% of Reps believe that.

Only 29% of Reps think Biden rightfully won.

52% of Reps think Trump is the actual victor.

67% of Reps say the election was not free and fair.

When you are a shrinking, demographically challenged, minority party, polls like that are DOPE. Your only way to survive is to rally your mouth breathers with a tidal wave of shameless BS.

They are full on Banana Republicans.

wow. Giuliani sounds all but exactly like Trump. non-sensical. Just awful. Rudy accusing Biden of crimes without stating the specific crimes... This is so blatantly partisan and reeks of being unfounded.

Giuliani has a pretty good sweat going. No one else on stage sweating like he is. Looks like a Nixon moment.

Is it worth pointing out that the campaign has filed nearly thirty lawsuits without either the submission of evidence of wrongdoing, or acceptance of one shred into evidence by a court? The madness of Mayor Rudy?

Pretty amazing...he just claims he can identify 300,000 specific fraudulent ballots in Michigan...really, why not submit that to a court?

oh yeah, total BS...such a disgrace.

The "overvote" notion has been thoroughly debunked. And was debunked specifically in respect to Wayne County, Michigan.

This is all just theater for the consumption of the Trumpnista. As someone said yesterday, all Trump is doing in the courts is trying to cash a lottery ticket that has expired.

It should be noted that about a half dozen blue states are still counting their final ballots. New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Cali, Oregon and Washington. Biden currently has a lead of 5.9 million votes, with a guesstimated 5-7 million left to count. He will win by something like 6.5 million when all the counting is done by roughly end of the month. He will likely win Pennsylvania by over 100,000 votes, currently at 83,000.

This is normal. Every presidential election year, these states don't finish their counts until just before their mandated certification dates.
