Could we pool our resources and NIL him some lax cash? lol

Just can’t believe at his ability that he isn’t out there like Fazion (spelling?) for ND….
I doubt Faison plays if he is trying to get drafted in the NFL the following year, just like Trader now. Unfortunately I think the ship has sailed for Dante. If he was gonna play, Duke would have been the time.

I believe this too.

But, Faison's little brother just committed to ND for football and lacrosse. He's only a 2026, but I'd imagine that the older Faison would want to play one year with his brother. I guess TBD on how well he continues to excel on the gridiron.

Very true, but the physical toll playing college football is pretty huge. In that respect, last year I think Faison had a bit of an easier time than Trader did in 2023. Trader was a full time starter in football, and then went right into lacrosse. In 2024, Jordan Faison didn't have that same workload - he only started two games and played in 7 total. And his workload was really concentrated in those two starts - 8 of his 19 catches were in those two starts. Next year I assume he'll be starting but even if he's not starting, he'll be playing a much bigger role, and we'll see if that increased workload means he will feel more beat up entering the lacrosse season.

For as impressive as Tills' run has been, what Buddy did in his 10 years at Maryland is just absurd.
Richie Moran holds the record for fastest to 100 victories. He achieved that milestone in his 114th game at Cornell. Henry Ciccarone is second at 115 games.

Ajax Zappitello has been named the Lt. Raymond J. Enners Outstanding Player of the Year. He is the first close defenseman to win the award since 1993.

What a great honor for Zapitello! Our #1 is now the USA #1. Considering all the offensive players that were eligible, it is so good and deserving.

Playing on Memorial Day again. Not bad for a team that supposedly shouldn't have made the tournament.

Tillman lost to Penn State on purpose to start work on the new offense for the tournament.

That’s right I said it.

He really did. And I love how UVA wanted to target him on dodges. Responded with a great game covering but also a goal and an assist. Outstanding.

This run has been almost as gratifying, enjoyable, not sure what the right words are as 2022 was. The unlikelihood of it all, the way the team battled back against Duke, the way they didn't give up on themselves when they very, very easily could have at many points, but especially after the Penn State game.

It really is the ultimate Tillman era run in so many ways. Greater than the sum of their parts, a little overlooked at certain points, absolutely had moments where it didn't look like it'd happen; but made all the right adjustments, they found their confidence and stride at just the absolute perfect time, knocking off a couple major rivals in the tournament to sweeten the pot.

It'd be amazing to win one more Monday, maybe get a little redemption for some of those close ones we lost as favorite. Especially That One against UNC. But either way, think everyone will remember and appreciate this run for a long, long time.

Terps playing with house money at this stage. That makes them VERY dangerous.

If Weirman inverts his past performance versus Lynch, watch out. Even if he doesn’t, I think Maryland’s defense is up to it.

Can't believe this team is playing for the national championship. What a master class in coaching, defense, face-offs and offensive composure. Jesse Bernhardt deserves the next open high level coaching position.

I agree on the comment about this run maybe being more enjoyable than even '22. There was a lot of pressure towards the end to not blow the greatest season ever, and it almost caught up to them. This is stolen money, and a completely different team from 3 weeks ago.

On the other side, I can't believe that UVA didn't win a title at least 1 of the last 2 years. And that's not a criticism of Lars; he is a great, classy coach. It just seemed so easy in '19 and '21, and these recent rosters were loaded.
