CNN, NYT and a number of other outlets have said "Biden wins" based on Pennsylvania. There was also a release of a bunch of counted votes in Arizona, indicating Biden likely to hang onto those 11 electoral votes. It looks like Biden will get over over 300 electoral-college votes to Trump's maybe 228. It's pretty much done and dusted.
